The skill of scoring 1s is extremely important. Cricket is slow and long. Its no baseball. It's speed is perfect for the game that cricket is, which is not baseball. Different games, though they have some similar game mechanics. The games are just different.

Cricket is the only sport where you can score ON any part of the field. Football - goal Rugby - try line Basketball - hoop Baseball- in front of home plate (edges are fouls) Golf - green + hole Cricket? EVERYWHERE. 360º. You can score anywhere the ball goes in the oval.

I dont know, he looked extremely comfortable lol.... He was just a little too aggressive when Lyon changed his strategy after lunch. Did you not see his boundaries and reverse sweeps vs the spin? He was outfoxed by one of the greatest to ever do it.
