Yeah. How long have we been at $360 or around there now. Elon, I'm afraid to say just slow walks his narrative to make it impossible for most to connect the dots. Absolutely criminal imo
Tesla has now given back all of today's gains & then some & down $23 from the AHs pop after the numbers were released. Which means the market liked the numbers initially & hated the call & commentary. Some of us were saying there was no need to even have a call after the numbers were released because we knew all too well Elon's comments would most likely take the stock down & we were right. This repeated pattern quarter after quarter & year after year is exhausting & pretty damn pathetic! $tsla

Today I ran intervals on the track in a pace group with at least one international athlete from Germany. I‘m knocking on the door of being able to compete for my own country as a Masters athlete. I‘m 45 and started up running 3 years ago. Keep grinding and ignore the naysayers.
This is cynical, but likely gonna go down like this.
The livestream will be ten minutes long. Elon will use the terms "probably" and "order of magnitude" while seeming kinda bored. Franz will glaze the design. Everyone will be a half hour late. It'll end with viewers thinking this could have been an email. $TSLA drops 10% on Fri.

Here is my complete summary of why I am no longer invested in Tesla until after a merger.
I’m a long time Elon super fan and TSLA bull. But the earnings call solidified there are governance issues that makes TSLA a no-fly zone
Tesla Earnings call red flags 🚩
-Skipping Say questions just because they were difficult/pleading for no merger
-inviting general counsel for first time
-moving the bar even higher than before from 2-4X safer than human to literal perfection being the gate for scaling RT just in time for merger (contrast with prior to comp package)
-not safe enough for 1000s, how the heck is it safe enough for dozens currently? Conversely, if it’s safe for dozens, why isn’t it safe for thousands in the proven geofences?
-gladly citing all the points of leverage for SPCX over Tesla in a merger when asked
Ongoing Red flags 🚩🚩
-ads for starlink, never for FSD. Great products speak for themselves?
-verified 4.3X posting volume on twitter SPCX vs TSLA
-tight timelines for RT rollout before comp package vote, loose and long timelines afterwards, just in time for merger rumors
-pushing grok internally while it was the lagging model
-starting XAI outside of Tesla, stating it’s “unrelated” to TSLA ai when asked on 2023/2024 earnings calls. Fast forward grok is the brain of the car, brain of Optimus despite being the lagging model and is now a primary leverage point being used to justify a merger that gives him +50% voting control
And ALL of it, good luck proving in court. Therefore, it must be done to “save humanity”
