• Form 8-K reporting our Restated Certificate of Formation, filed by the State of Texas effective October 26, 2026, and our Amended and Restated Bylaws, adopted by the Board on November 2, 2026. Filing the Restated Certificate fulfills the undertaking in our October 2, 2026 Form 8-K to file it as an exhibit to a subsequent 8-K once it became effective in Texas.
