Hon. Olivia Kwagala stood out for her gentle voice, profound humility, caring heart, and remarkable relations with people.
My deepest condolences go out to her family, and to the esteemed leaders, particularly those from the 9th Parliament of Uganda presided over by Mama Rt. Hon. Rebecca A. Kadaga as Speaker, who worked alongside her.
As a foundational pillar of the Busoga Consortium for Development (BCD), she will always be remembered for her proactive leadership during the regional engagements that shaped our 10-year Busoga Development Agenda (BDA).
May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Behind every development statistic is a human story: a child who needs quality education, a family seeking a better livelihood, a farmer looking for productive opportunities and a young person searching for purpose.
These realities call for hard work, responsibility and inclusive participation because meaningful development is about improving lives and creating opportunities for everyone.
