Of course, the H-1B simps are weaponizing Community Notes to stifle my work. The Dao Prize is not a "Chinese award," nor is it linked to the CCP, which anyone with more than two brain cells can figure out.
Dao Feng was politically persecuted by the Chinese government. It's why he believes in a free press.
@elonmusk Community Notes is being abused by bad actors, FYI.

Woke up to find that I’ve been named a finalist for the 2026 Dao Prize, through @yaf’s National Journalism Center @NJC_YAF, in the Multimedia Reporting category for my work in Ukraine.
Sharing a compilation of footage from these reports, which broke my heart. I visited schools near the frontlines in the Donetsk region to document children caught in the crossfire of Russia’s invasion, trying to obtain an education amid war.
Education is under siege for children in Eastern Ukraine near the frontline. Newsmax's Shelby Wilder reports. @Shelby_Wilder
$120k for a 9 month education...
Just wait until you find out that WE pay YOU to overturn the status quo through fearless and relentless reporting of the truth.

"The National Journalism Center (NJC)—a project of Young America’s Foundation (YAF)—and the Dao Feng and Angela Foundation are pleased to announce finalists for the 2026 Dao Prize for Excellence in Investigative Journalism.
Prizes will be awarded for four categories: best local journalism, best multimedia reporting, the “Daylight” award for reporting on fraud, and the Grand Prize for best overall reporting. Submissions are judged according to five criteria: investigative depth, public interest, fairness and accuracy, style, and impact.
The winner for best overall reporting or series will receive a $100,000 prize, and two submissions will win $10,000 each as runners-up. One submission will win $10,000 in the local category, one will win $10,000 in the multimedia category, and one will win $30,000 for the special annual prize–this year highlighting the best reporting on fraud.
Winners will be announced at the fourth annual Dao Prize Gala on November 19 held at The Waldorf-Astoria in Washington, D.C."
