Previous insurance analysis has found that only about 1,000 minors in Washington state had hormonal or surgical intervention specifically keyed to a gender dysphoria diagnosis. This is because these previous studies did not look deeper into medical records. For example, a patient with a diagnosis of gender dysphoria from a psychologist but whose puberty blockade was billed by the endocrinologist under precocious puberty was not included in earlier Stop the Harm Database or @ManhattanInst numbers as a patient of sex rejecting medicine. This latest study from Manhattan Institute is just one more piece of strong evidence that the number of minors subjected to sex rejecting medicine has been grossly undercounted.
NEW: At least 15,437 Washington minors had a transgender-related diagnosis on their insurance claims from 2017 to 2023. In 2022, that included 1 in 58 teen girls. A new @ManhattanInst analysis of insurance-claims data 🧵

SCOOP: The Justice Department just charged 48 foreigners with illegally voting in American elections and registering to cast ballots, @realDailyWire is first to report. The accused are located in Nevada, Pennsylvania, California, Florida, and New York. All but one of the accused are lawful permanent residents. A single illegal immigrant was among those charged, according to a list provided by the Justice Department. Elected Democrats DO care about energy prices. They want them higher. So high Americans have fewer (if any) kids, don't drive an SUV, don't fly, and don't comfortably heat or cool your home. Here's how we know: (1) Nearly 60 Democrat states, cities and counties are suing energy companies, demanding Americans' energy costs exponential increase to pay for all harm caused by the weather. Will increase energy costs by billions, if consumers can shoulder these costs at all. (2) Under Trump's targeted program, four new nuclear technologies reached self-sustainment. Under Biden? Zero. Nuclear is the only solution to our energy needs and only Trump has delivered. (3) The Green New Deal: 100+ House Dems and a dozen senators signed on. Cost? $51 trillion to $93 trillion over 10 years. (4) Democrat regulations have purposefully made energy unattainable and expensive. Biden paused new LNG export approvals, wrote emissions rules to force consumers into expensive EVs, and lest we forget attempted to ban gas stoves. (5) Maybe the biggest and most harmful Democrat project is the creation of hurdles for anyone trying to build, by requiring banks to consider "climate risk" in whether to finance a project, and labeling it quietly: ESG score. Unattainable energy under Democrats isn't a side effect. It's the plan.

Makes speeches for 500k a pop. Hasn’t eaten dinner that costs less than $250 in years. Has never been in a Cheesecake Factory. Undefeated at condescending to regular folks. Will always be known for a presidency that ushered in the Trump era to begin with.

Pennsylvania Dems are still all in on trans issues. Today renewed my RN license and was asked for my “gender identity”—feelings about your sex that activists believe overrides biology. Josh Shapiro has promised to codify “LGBTQ+ rights” if Dems win a trifecta.

I really enjoyed this conservation with @susancrabtree and @Eric_Eggers about how gender ideology has impacted child welfare systems across the country. Thank you so much for having me!
🚨A reporter pried a 78-page document out of the federal government. It revealed a $20 million Biden plan to rewire the child welfare system around transgender ideology, and it was already running. 🚨Strong words from Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel on Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s inappropriate video.🚨 “I will hold my department accountable when we are wrong, but everybody else should hold them damn selves accountable as well.” “I’ve never seen that in my entire career, where when my family was suffering, when the city was suffering — and it wasn’t just about me and the Philadelphia Police Department — the community was suffering, my officers were suffering, and you stand up and you talk about something that is unnecessary?”
Wild move from Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. Krasner was supposed to hold a press conference today… Instead, he released this video accusing a Philadelphia police officer and homicide detective of misconduct that allegedly allowed Eric Lewis to walk free after being acquitted of a 2019 road-rage murder. That same Eric Lewis is now charged with murdering Philadelphia Police Officer Shane Seiber. But here’s where it gets interesting… Larry Krasner himself was recently referred to federal prosecutors by a federal judge for potential crimes, including PERJURY and OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. That referral came after testimony from prosecutors in Krasner’s OWN office. And now Krasner is publicly accusing other law enforcement officials of potentially criminal conduct? Deflect. Blame. Deflect. It’s the classic Krasner playbook. Make accusations. Blame somebody else. Control the narrative. Avoid accountability. And instead of standing in front of reporters today and answering questions about BOTH the Eric Lewis case and the serious allegations against himself, Krasner chose to release a video. No questions. No follow-ups. No accountability. And we can probably predict what comes next. Another Krasner press conference on an entirely different subject, probably with victims’ families standing alongside him, where he refuses to answer questions about anything else. When is the Philadelphia media going to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH? Ralph Cipriano has consistently pressed Krasner with difficult questions. Where is the rest of the Philadelphia press corps? These are not minor issues. A Philadelphia police officer has been murdered. A defendant previously acquitted of murder is now charged with killing him. And Philadelphia’s top prosecutor has himself been referred for a potential federal criminal investigation. The public deserves answers. Not prerecorded videos and finger-pointing. If DA Krasner believes police officers engaged in criminal misconduct that contributed to a murder suspect going free, why is he announcing it in a video instead of taking questions and explaining what his office is doing about it? How is Larry Krasner still the District Attorney of Philadelphia?

She made the right choice. But she’ll never get this season back. We haven’t forgotten the girls in blue states. We won’t stop fighting until their sports are protected.
WATCH: A Washington high school runner walks away from a chance to advance to regionals, then breaks down in tears as her mother rushes to embrace her. Battle Ground High School sophomore Elise Bierer steps off the starting line at a district cross-country meet, refusing to compete against a transgender athlete who began the year competing against boys. Bierer, one of her team’s fastest female runners, previously told her mother she would not race against a transgender athlete if faced with that situation. The decision brings her cross-country season to an emotional end. | @Outkick More on the decision Bierer made before race day and how her family is responding: foxnews.com/outkick-sports/w…

Someone reminded me that I missed yesterday the 9th annual International Pronouns Day, meant to "support gender nonconforming people who are affected by misgendering." Below is a reminder of why I say— especially when it comes to minors—"no preferred pronouns. Ever."
No preferred pronouns. Ever. Even the Dutch researchers who pioneered puberty blockers in the 1990s warned against them—saying that using preferred pronouns could accelerate a child’s path into irreversible medicalization. They knew. And many have ignored it.

The covid pandemic was a golden opportunity for US health professions and healthcare system to shine. It could have been our “finest hour.” Instead, the medical profession is in the politically weakest position I have seen in my lifetime, reduced to begging legislators for nickels and dimes in the PFS. Leaders of the medical establishment chose to side with forces of public health authoritarianism, fear-based messaging, and censorship. All of us in the field will pay a price for their mistakes.

I can’t wait to read the reasons WHY a MAN in prison NEEDS access to BREAST IMPLANTS!!!
BREAKING: The Supreme Court left in place a lower court order requiring access to transgender-related medical treatments for federal prisoners. Justices Thomas and Alito would have paused the order.

Hundreds of female prisoners want to use T, which is anabolic steroids. The federal government doesn't want to give them T. Courts keep siding with the T users. So thousands of regular women prisoners have to bunk with hulks liable to experience roid rage, some of whom were already convicted of committing violent crimes.

Abdul El-Sayed told a reporter yesterday that scrutiny of him is “the same thing that they did to JFK when he ran for president… the notion that because he was Catholic, that somehow he had dual loyalty.” I have written about JFK. That claim is a grotesque perversion of history. In 1960, no Catholic had ever been elected president. Al Smith’s 1928 landslide loss was driven in large part by Protestant fears—rooted in centuries of Reformation conflict and reinforced by nativist suspicion—that a Catholic president would answer to the Vatican rather than the Constitution. JFK met it head-on in Houston in 1960, pledging absolute separation of church and state, and the charge collapsed because there was nothing under it. That is not what is happening with El-Sayed. Being Muslim is not the disqualifier. Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, serves as Minnesota’s attorney general. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib serve in the House. Zohran Mamdani is mayor of New York City. CAIR’s own 2026 directory counts roughly 255 Muslim elected officials nationwide, including four in the House and dozens in state legislatures. Voters have repeatedly elected Muslims to state and federal office without treating their faith as disqualifying. The issue is not prayer; it is politics, associations, and family ties to an ideology that rejects the secular liberal order El-Sayed claims to defend. El-Sayed flatly denied on Meet the Press any family ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, which the U.S. listed this year as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist entity for material support to Hamas. His half-sister, University of Chicago professor Eman Abdelhadi, has posted otherwise. In 2012 she wrote: “My family has long been MB,” though she added that it “navigated the political sphere poorly/destructively.” In 2013 she wrote that she had “family jailed for being a part of it.” She also wrote of her mother’s early-1970s Brotherhood activism in college. Their mother, Fatten Elkomy, later worked for the U.S. arm of a charity network Treasury designated in 2004 for supporting al-Qaeda; she was never charged. El-Sayed calls the posts “hearsay” and distances himself from his mother by saying he wasn’t raised by her. But his flat denial and his sister’s own words can’t both be right. There is more. El-Sayed confirmed on camera that his sister-in-law was on the federal terror watchlist. She sued, a district court ruled in her favor, and an appeals court reversed. The FBI won’t say where she stands now. No one accuses him of any role. His father-in-law is a longtime board member of the Islamic Society of North America. None of these questions are about how he prays; they are questions about reported links to an organization whose Egyptian branch the United States has now formally labeled for supporting terrorism. After a man rammed a vehicle into Temple Israel synagogue near Detroit in an attack authorities treated as targeted at Jews, El-Sayed’s response included the line “hurt people hurt people.” He later apologized under pressure from Jewish Democrats, saying he should not have offered “context” that trampled on the victims’ pain. That is not the language of someone simply defending religious freedom. He has also campaigned repeatedly with Hasan Piker, who in 2019 said “America deserved 9/11.” El-Sayed later called the remark “dumb” and said America did not deserve the attacks, but the association remains. Voters are entitled to notice who a candidate chooses to platform. JFK faced prejudice against his faith. El-Sayed faces reporting on his family’s documented embrace of a group now designated by the U.S. government for supporting Hamas, his own comments after an attack on a synagogue, and his political alliances. Equating the two is not a defense of religious liberty. It is an attempt to weaponize a real historical injustice in order to shut down legitimate questions about radicalism and national security. The Constitution protects the free exercise of religion. It does not require voters or journalists to pretend that family ties to a designated terrorist organization, or responses to domestic terrorism, are off-limits simply because the candidate is Muslim. History is not a prop for that evasion.

EXCLUSIVE: The illegal immigrant who led the hunger strike inside ICE's Delaney Hall Detention Center only landed in federal custody after being arrested for brutally beating his wife, who for months has promoted a sob story alleging he was kidnapped while shopping for diapers, according to new arrest records obtained by @realDailyWire. Peruvian illegal immigrant Martin Soto and his wife, Gabriela, rallied for his eventual release from ICE custody last week by a Biden-appointed judge and raised over $73,000 on the claim that ICE "abducted" him while he was out buying diapers for their infant son on February 1. Media outlets and Democratic politicians like @SenBooker and @RepMenendez largely promoted the sob story and celebrated his release from ICE detention earlier this month. The records we obtained paint a different picture. The documents, obtained through a public records request from the Kearny Police Department, state that Martin was arrested that day by officers in Kearny for "domestic abuse." The victim's name was redacted, except for one part where documents identify her as "Ms. Soto." An earlier report that did not identify the victim stated that Martin “purposely” caused “bodily injury” to the victim “specifically by using his hands, both opened and closed to strike” her “in her face, causing minor scratches and cuts to her face and neck.” Soto then allegedly “placed a hand over” her “mouth so she could not scream for help,” according to the earlier report. The latest report also identified the victim as the daughter of "Mr. Gabriel Osores." Osores is Gabriela's maiden name. It also stated that officers responded to a "domestic violence" call at the Sotos' address, where they arrested Martin, who allegedly committed the beating with children in the room. At one point, Martin "tried to push" Gabriela's father "off of him," the report stated. The victim's father "then told the defendant he must leave the house." Gabriela "then contacted the police," while Martin's next move, the details of which are redacted in the report, prompted the victim's father "to pull him away." The responding officers called EMS due to injuries to an unidentified individual and Martin, who was "bleeding from his nose, had a laceration on his lip, and several scratches on his abdomen." Martin refused medical care. The documents revealed that Martin was transferred to ICE custody directly from the Hudson County jail on February 2. ICE previously confirmed that federal immigration officers took Martin into custody that day after he was charged with assault, and said that Martin "participated in inciting unrest and causing property damage" while detained at Delaney Hall. In a July Instagram direct message conversation with us, Gabriela claimed she was “not aware” of the previous police report, but confirmed that it was her husband’s information that was listed. She denied the allegations of domestic abuse.

Gender ideology affects everyone. We can’t carry on as a society if we can’t agree on basic reality.
Progressives want to blow off transgenderism as a minor issue that impacts a small percent of people. This is a lie. Accepting transgender ideology means 100% of men have access to 100% of women’s rights, whenever they want them. It’s a massive problem for all women.

The ultimate insanity is allowing self-identification: That somebody can change their “sex” based upon what they say they are, depending on their mood and the time of day. It would be a laughable comedy skit if it were not real and endorsed by many progressive politicians.
