Niners Lead

We've only seen 46 career starts for Brock. We're in a time when people expect QB's to be a finished product by this point. They're not and it'd be foolish to say they are. Do I like seeing 3 INT's from my QB? Heck no. Is this "who Brock is"? There is a possibility he's a turnover machine that can't right the ship and the 49ers made a mistake. There's also a possibility that he's still going to learn and be great going forward. There's always ups and downs. Matt Stafford is having the best year of his career and one of the best by any QB, ever. In his first 61 starts he threw 73 INT's. In Tom Brady's first 78 starts he threw 78 INT's. In 46 starts Brock has 35 INT's and 78 TD's. It's also skewed because he's had 7 in 4 games, this year. His int% has been 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 5.3, in 4 seasons. He's going to be the QB going forward. We'll see which way his career goes. But, acting like the picks are proof positive of anything is overreaction.
