In Sept the Information Commissioner's Office delivered a Decision Notice that supported a London secondary school in keeping a Relationships and Sex Education lesson hidden from parents. I am Appealing against that decision in a First Tier Tribunal. Please support my case.🙏
It is a legal, legislative and constitutional scandal too.
Why do the GC lawyers never tell us that though…?
Gender laws did this.
That this was not presented as a case of psychological child abuse that requires a complete overhaul of safeguarding, rather than an excuse for further medical abuse is a mini atrocity.
And let us not forget that the proposed Conversion Practices Ban will criminalise those who stand against this kind of psychological abuse, so that ‘child gender medicine’ can continue unopposed.
I honestly cannot put into words how dark this situation is.
"they are typically young people who have been socially transitioned since early childhood, and after 18 months of therapy, they still have absolutely no sense or concept of living in their biological gender" - Cass.
What is the answer for these damaged children? What's happened to them is a total societal failure in child safeguarding. That we even have to consider stopping their puberty as a potential next step just shows how low we've sunk.
1/
hansard.parliament.uk/lords/…
So… if C4W were to do more than just lament about this horror show, would they agree that:
- Cass was always dangerously wrong and has green lighted a Mengele-grade atrocity that should have been vigorously opposed from the minute her report was published?
- Tory govts should never have put the Equality Act 2010 into law with the PC of Gender Reassignment in place, because it recklessly frames children as potential ‘Transexuals’ from birth, leading to abusive ‘transition’ in public services?
- Tory Ministers turbo charged the social contagion of ‘trans’ ideology in schools and let it capture medicine in a way that should be considered abject negligence?
- Tories wrongly tried to engage with or control the EHRC and Ofsted to slowly correct this, when in fact these anti-democratic socialist quangos shouldn’t exist and ought to have been shut, in concert with withdrawing from the corrupted ECHR - something that was implicitly mandated by the Brexit vote?
- Conservative activists were too swayed by liberal women’s rights campaigners aiming for incremental gains for single sex services and balancing children’s safety with ‘trans rights’, and didn’t listen closely enough to ‘ultras’, parents and safeguarding experts who understood and warned about the full danger of gender laws and the radical pushers of trans ideology?
Because, only when we tell the truth openly about the catastrophic mistakes the liberal Tories made, can we realise that the solutions must be a complete break with the past. Especially if we are to avoid the totalitarian nature of the proposed Conversion Practices Act.
If the Conservatives ever come to power again, this situation requires hardline policy, fiercely defended boundaries in public services, new prohibitions and criminal sanctions to guarantee safeguarding, an inquiry to expose fault and urgent repeal of gender laws.
Is this what @CforWomenUK will be asking @KemiBadenoch to deliver?
Because I know many parents will vote for nothing less.
Extraordinary testimony from Baroness Cass yesterday on the profile of children who will be part of the *Puberty Blockers Trial*. Little kids who have been 'socially transitioned' from early childhood. Harmed by their parents - reinforced by the State... @Transgendertrd 1/
Explains a lot. My, the damage @Conservatives did… 🤦♀️

The Haldane Principle was significantly narrowed when it was written into the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 creating UKRI.
The 2010 ministerial statement (David Willetts) described it as: decisions on individual research proposals are best taken by researchers themselves through peer review, evaluating quality, excellence and likely impact, and that prioritisation within a research council’s allocation is not a decision for ministers.
It also stated that ministers should not decide which individual projects or researchers receive funding.
The statutory definition in section 103 of the 2017 Act reads:
“the principle that decisions on individual research proposals are best taken following an evaluation of the quality and likely impact of the proposals (such as a peer review process).”
This version drops the explicit reference to decisions being taken “by researchers themselves”, excellence and the clear bar on ministerial involvement in individual project decisions.
Understand that and you are on the way to getting the corruption of Academia.

I have always thought you were one of the more thoughtful commentators on the left. So I’ll explain. Scruton is explaining his instinctual revulsion of violence. This is an excellent instinct to have. Instincts can sometimes be wrong and on further reflection an opinion can change but he was correct on this. Maybe Doyle is just a poor judge of character?
After all, despite saying he drifted away from his former Leftist colleagues as Woke took hold, he still went on to promote David Hayton on his show, despite the fact that Hayton displays his autoerotic disorder in front of the children he teaches at school, and shaped union policy in ways that compromised single sex spaces and co-opted others into accepting his antisocial behaviour.
And then Doyle blocked anyone who raised child safeguarding concerns about this man pretending to be a woman when in authority over kids, whilst he helped Hayton define his disorder as if it is a valid sexuality called ‘autogynaephilia’… he even sometimes called people who raised this concern homophobic… Will he look back and see that this time he was taking the rather extreme, illiberal line? 🤷♀️
So whilst I agree heartily with his lamentation about the way people have discussed Ann Widdicombe’s death, maybe he should look to his own susceptibility to enact uncaring cancel culture and Leftist liberal insensitivity, especially against women and parents who have so much to lose from appeasing fetish disorders?
Let’s not forget that Ann’s alleged killer had Left wing ‘gender critical’ MP Rosie Duffield on his list. Was he a TRA? An ‘AGP’ even? Who knows, but surely Doyle should have been more open to those expressing concern about ‘trans’ ideology and the laws that enable it?

Look at Bridget Phillipson's language here: a bill that 'allows people to be their true selves', to 'live openly and safely as themselves', that criminalises someone who tries to 'change who someone is'.
The Conversion Practices bill applies in the case of a child who says they're the opposite sex. Think about that.
Apply Phillipson's thinking to the parent of a four year-old boy who says 'mummy, I'm really a girl'.
Or to the parent of a teenage girl who is screaming 'I'm not your daughter I'm your son, you bigot!'
By trying to present the bill as completely reasonable 'common sense measures' Phillipson has only succeeded in exposing its ideological basis. Her language is pure trans activism.

It is worth reflecting further on the promised clarity 'about what the draft Bill does and doesn't do' because it reveals a fundamental problem with the conversion practices legislation as it applies to gender identity.
Bridget Phillipson's key argument is that 'being T+' does not need fixing. But in reality, 'being T+' involves many thousands of children with a host of mental health issues and other vulnerabilities, who reject their healthy body, experience escalating distress and seek unevidenced medical interventions.
That really does need fixing.
When T+ is defined simply as 'who someone is' or people just being 'their true selves', any appreciation that the identity itself could be a maladaptive response to a range of external factors is dismissed. Even worse, the unremarkable understanding that not all identities bring health or happiness is misrepresented as an abusive effort to 'change who someone is'. This is the kind of activist language that led to the chronic safeguarding failings at GIDS and at WellBN.
Under this framing, any denial of personal identity is seen as abhorrent: 'no one should be abused, shamed or threatened into denying who they are'. What is encouraged instead is affirmation of the 'true self' even if 'who they are' involves rejecting their own body.
So this is what the bill would achieve: special protection for an identity linked to unhappiness about the body, and criminalisation of alternative understandings because these could be 'intended to change who someone is'.
“A society which values freedom must protect everyone’s right to live openly and safely as themselves.”

This is a key case to watch, and perhaps support if you feel inclined.
It reminds me that when my daughter was repeatedly told she had ‘white privilege’ and might feel ‘anxious and upset’ about it, and should ‘address it’ - despite her being in the 17% minority at her school - whereupon she started being called ‘oi, white girl’ in the playground… I called no less than four Equality Act lawyers for advice on whether this was discrimination by the school, all of which said they would not represent an anti white discrimination case.
The Deputy Head even put on paper that there is no such thing as racism towards white people and so the school I could not possibly have breached their duties under the Equality Act.
This is the reality on the ground in our ‘two tier’ system, which the Equality Act and Human Rights law have brought into place.
🚨Announcement: My lawsuit against the Tavistock is going to trial this November. This is the first ‘anti-White’ harassment case against the NHS & the first 'colour-blind' belief case. I'm claiming my career was ended for disagreeing with Critical Race Theory & ‘anti-racism’
The claims I am bringing are discrimination, harassment, and victimisation. It will be a 20 day trial starting on 4th November with the judgement on 30th November. The Tavistock are calling 13 witnesses. In a recent hearing the judge agreed to include further claims of bullying and harassment as legal disclosure revealed that NHS senior staff at the Tavistock were openly calling me a “fascist” and a “racist”
I do not currently have enough money to pay for the trial. Please, Please, donate, retweet & share my crowdfund:

Bridget Phillipson's assurance that 'refusing to accept a child's identity' will not be prosecutable under conversion practices legislation is contradicted by the bill itself, which says that 'psychological or emotional pressure' with the intention of changing 'transgender identity' could qualify as a criminal offence.
How can Phillipson know how a court will interpret 'refusing to accept a child's identity' given the vague and open-ended definitions in the bill?
An op-ed by a politician will be scant consolation when a parent is facing a criminal claim or a protection order that will destroy their relationship with their child.
And the question remains: what 'abuse' is the bill designed to tackle that is not already an offence in law?
archive.ph/BDRJN
There’s no ‘if’ about it.
It should be removed for the sake of child safeguarding and because it is utter nonsense - and every person of sound principles involved in politics should have said so for the last decade, at least.
Part of the new @HMRCgovuk guidance: "Supporting trans and non-binary colleagues." It's despicable & ridiculous that our Civil Service is taking such arrant nonsense seriously. If we can't back out of this, the Protected Characteristic of Gender Reassignment must be removed from the Equality Act.
I recall this moment vividly, because my own children were being politicised at the same time in their schools… pressurised to join the climate strike marches, bombarded with BLM and LGBT+ propaganda, told what to think about vaccines, imperialism, Brexit, the monarchy, the Ukraine war, having cross dressing boys in their changing rooms, which news sources to trust, how to deal with their anxiety for having white privilege - even being told outright to just vote for Jeremy Corbyn when they were old enough.
This is a kind of child abuse, in my opinion. To use children as props in political discourse is an abuse of their earnestness and naivety - one which also potentially exposes the child and children generally to inappropriate adult control for selfish purposes, at a personal and cultural level.
It was a truly shameful display on the part of all three uni-party politicians present.

Why didn’t you care about white working-class girls like me?
On Saturday, for the first time, I struggled to find my voice.
During the working-class debate at the Battle of Ideas, I stood up and introduced myself as a grooming gang campaigner. I wasn’t prepared to tell a room full of strangers my own story. In fact, until that moment, I don’t think I’d fully acknowledged it myself.
For years, I’ve spoken about my sister, the victims and survivors I’ve supported, and the failures that allowed grooming gangs to operate. But on Saturday, something hit me. I wasn’t just the sister of a victim. I had been part of that same environment.
When I was in care, there were cars, drugs, alcohol and men who repeatedly tried to groom me. I was fortunate. I was never raped. I resisted, partly because rugby meant everything to me and because, even as a child in care, I knew I wanted more for myself. I wanted to join the Army. I had ambitions.
Sadly, some of my friends weren’t so fortunate.
I wanted to ask a very simple question. Why is it that we constantly discuss race, class and oppression, yet when white working-class girls were being groomed, raped and exploited, so many people who now claim to champion the working class were silent?
Why didn’t you care about little girls like me?
And that’s where I struggled. I felt a lump in my throat, something I’m not accustomed to when speaking publicly. I was angry, frustrated and overwhelmed. I couldn’t finish what I wanted to say, so I sat down.
What I wasn’t expecting was the support. A group of gentlemen at the back applauded loudly, as did much of the room. To everyone who supported me, thank you. Especially the gentlemen at the back. I don’t know who you were, but your support meant more than you probably realised.
Later, those same gentlemen raised questions about ethnicity, Englishness and what it means to be English. There was some disagreement, which is perfectly healthy in a debate, but I was disappointed by how abruptly one of the panellists responded to those expressing pride in their identity.
We cannot spend hours discussing identity and belonging, only to make people feel they shouldn’t speak about their own.
So, to the gentlemen at the back, who I presume were Restore voters, whoever you are, please don’t allow anyone to silence you or make you feel ashamed of who you are.
I’m proud of where I come from, my working-class roots, my mixed heritage and my partly English ancestry. I see absolutely no reason why anyone should be made to feel guilty for being proud of being English and white.
Saturday reminded me that sometimes the very people being discussed in these debates are sitting right there in the audience.
Perhaps it’s time people stopped talking about us and started listening to us.

At this point I am not even sure they got what the issue is. Sex is not a belief.
Cannot aggre more with @MForstater. Although I disagreed strongly with several panelists - esp the one who blames the Race Relations Act for the crisis in free speech....

Separating the LGB from TQ+ is not enough as we are forced to tolerate the right to found a family without reference to men and women.
hudoc.echr.coe.int/eng?i=001…
Replying to @BevJacksonAuth
I hope you will also be broaching that fetishists and paedophiles had significant control of the LGB rights movement itself from the very get go, and as a consequence, breaking down safeguarding has gone hand in hand with otherwise genuine attempts to liberalise and protect same sex attraction from bullying and unfair treatment?
Because without that acknowledgment, I can’t see how you will get anywhere. Even the application and repeal of s.28 needs revisiting to realise that whatever prejudices might have gone into it, it also had a subtext of protection from predators and radicals, which on removal has led to the flooding of schools with grooming.
Separating the LGB from TQ+ is not enough if the LGB movement doesn’t know how to keep its house in order wrt to predators, fetishists and Marxist ideologues.
