What makes Eric Bauza’s passing even more devastating is with him gone we lose one of the last few giving it their all in Voice Acting. No matter the role he would approach it with such respect & passion for the art. It’s just not fair this happened. 💔

I'm incredibly excited to finally show off the piece I made for Halo Fest this year. Thanks a ton to @Tashi343i and @Halo for giving me the chance to make even a small contribution to such an amazing event and franchise.
The gorgeous Mark IV was made entirely from scratch by the insanely talented @Chunch7275, and I couldn't appreciate him enough for letting me use his model, and being so quick to iterate and finish it for this piece.
This piece was based loosely on the painting "Ivan the Terrible and His Son Ivan" by Ilya Repin, instead focused on Samuel-034 and the events preceding his death aboard the Unrelenting.
This sounds like a good idea on paper, but judging by how Halo Campaign Evolved came out, I don’t think it would’ve been a good idea

Halo Studios had decided to start adapting the Halo novels into games, beginning with Eric Nylund’s Halo: First Strike (the 2003 book that bridges Combat Evolved and Halo 2). The idea was to turn major novel-only stories into playable gaps between the bigger remakes.
“It would have fit perfectly since it could help bridge the gap between campaign evolved and the Halo 2 remake. The campaign would have consisted of at least five missions.”
“The first mission would have started immediately after the ending of campaign evolved. Chief would rescue Linda from her cryopod and reunite with Johnson and the rest of the crew aboard Pilasky's Pelican. and it would conclude with Chief battling the Covetan in a space station called the Unyielding Hierofphant and returning to Earth right at the beginning of Halo 2's story.”
“Each mission was going to be much longer than an average mission, roughly two or three times the usual length, especially the final one. They would have included more things to discover, such as collectibles, terminals, and so on.”
