We're watching the highlighted area for a possible Tornado Watch this pm into this eve. Any supercell t-storms that move in will be capable of large hail, damaging winds, and a potential tornado. Not everyone in this area will see severe weather, but the potential is there.
Many PIOs and communications professionals plan to attend this important event by the @Rangers. The work @poaforg does to support injured first responders and their loved ones is outstanding and we will be there to support their cause! #Teamwork

The North Texas PIO Group is thinking about everyone having to be in the elements of this #WinterWeather. Stay safe and off the roads if you can!

One of our patrol SUVs was just hit by a sliding car on an icy bridge. The officer was outside helping a stranded motorist. We are grateful he was not hurt. However, this is a great reminder if you see emergency vehicles or city crews, SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OVER. #DFWwx
