The most effective “fear-mongering” would be simply pointing out that much of what he’s showing is the result of policies socialists routinely favor: restrictive housing rules, barriers to construction, heavy regulation, government spending, dependency programs, and political control over markets. You don’t get to spend decades demanding more state intervention, photograph the resulting dysfunction, and caption it “capitalism.”
If you can’t keep track of the most basic paperwork that is required to function in society(get a job, drive a car, etc), it’s more like a poll test than a poll tax. AKA, are you adult enough to choose leadership. If you consider getting an id a poll tax, you’re a child.

Think about what you are saying when you oppose ICE. You are opposing enforcement of your own immigration laws. This is how countries die.

I'm an engineer. The stuff I design, build and commission runs without my immediate presence because that's how I designed it to work.
The fact that it needs a human operator with 80 IQ to feed it parts doesn't make the 80 IQ worker the source of the value created by those machines.
Same goes with a corporation. The founders created the company, not you. They designed it so that the company can run without their constant input because that's how you make an institution that is highly productive. You organize it and break it down into a number of simpler tasks so that followers can implement those tasks.
Being a follower is great. You're a valuable member of the team. But you didn't make the company, and you're not the only source of value creation.
