It is. Even wiktionary and Aasen notes this. Nått/Nott is the expected form of old norwegian nátt. You can even see this in the norwegian colonies, Icelandic: nótt, faroese: nátt.

In no Norwegian written form or rural dialect is Natt pronounced or written “nått”. This is either AI or human incompetence, but either way it is wrong.
