Impresionante investigación sobre las torres de la Misión Vivienda que se derrumbaron en segundos durante el terremoto. No cumplían ni con las normas antisísmicas más básicas, porque fueron terminadas a lo loco para inaugurarlas antes de las últimas elecciones de Chávez.
