Nine people in ten would point at the steak on the right and call it the healthy one, and I have run out of patience with every single one of them.
The one on the right is a ribeye with the ribeye taken out. The one on the left is the animal as it was built, a cap of fat round the edge thick enough to earn the word, a seam of it between the muscles, marbling through the eye so dense it looks like frost. Fifty years ago the butcher would have charged you more for the one on the left and apologised for the one on the right.
Now the trimmed one is premium and the real one is a guilty pleasure, and the country that fell for that is the country with the diabetes clinic.
The fat is the food. A, D, E and K2 live in it and nowhere else on the plate. The flavour lives in it, which is why the right one needs a jus and the left one needs a knife. The fullness lives in it, which is why the right one has you at the fridge by nine and the left one has you forgetting breakfast. The fuel lives in it. The red is the packaging, and you have been taught to buy the packaging and tip the contents away.
And this fat, out of every fat on the counter, is the one that cannot hurt you. The cow's rumen saturated it before it reached her. It sits solid and white on the board, it does not go rancid in the pan the way the bottle of sunflower oil does, and it is the fat your great-grandmother fried everything in while heart disease was still a rarity you wrote up in a journal.
So who convinced you otherwise. A margarine firm with a heart on the lid, a 1977 guideline written by a man who never ran a trial, and forty years of magazine covers, every one of them paid by somebody with a bottle to sell. They could not sell you the fat on the left, because it comes free with the cow. So they taught you to fear it and sold you the substitute.
Half a century on, the lean one costs more, tastes of less, leaves you hungry, and gets called healthy by people who have never once asked what the fat was for.
The one on the left. Eat the edge first. Stop apologising for being right.

65% of Jews voted for the Muslim, Abdul El-Sayed.
If he was just a regular Marxist/communist (not a Muslim), 85% of Jews would have voted for him.
Jews consistently vote to ruin the country, and once it’s ruined, they will flee to the next White country to ruin it also.
Most of our wonderful non-Jewish friends don't understand how real this is for Jews in America.
A lot of American Jews grew up with an understanding that you must ALWAYS have a valid passport , "just in case."
On one hand , America isn't that bad , yet. Maybe it never will be.
On the other hand , we all know what happens to Jews who wait until it IS that bad....

We need 750,000 more according to dear leader Mark Carny. Is it any wonder why car insurance is going through the roof?

Israel was on the ballot and Gen Z walked away from the pro-Israel cause, rejecting Jewish supremacy outright. You cancel a man for saying he doesn’t want to work for or associate with the people running the wars, porn, and the Middle East grift, and this is the response you get.

DSA leader Megan Romer has NO answer when Fox News’s Martha MacCallum asks where the $49 TRILLION for her socialist agenda is coming from.
Romer calls the number “made-up.” Then MacCallum what HER number is, and it gets embarrassing fast.
MACCALLUM: “That’s $350,000 per household. Cancelling student debt, open borders and amnesty, Medicare for All. How are you going to pay for that?”
ROMER: “Yeah, I mean, we understand that the White House, who does not like us very much, managed to come up with some math that made us look bad.”
MACCALLUM: “So that’s $47.4 trillion, Medicare for All.”
ROMER: “Yeah, it’s a made up number.”
MACCALLUM: “You say it’s a made up number, but it was done by economists. Your number versus their number.”
So MacCallum throws her a lifeline.
MACCALLUM: “What’s your number when you add up everything on that list? What number did you come up with?”
ROMER: “There’s no like, one solid number because it depends on what pieces we can build in the meantime.”
MACCALLUM: “So just give me a basic number for your wish list.”
ROMER: “That number is outrageous.”
MACCALLUM: “What’s your number for your wish list?”
ROMER: “That number is ridiculous ... I’m not going to give you a solid number. That’s not what I’m here to do.”
The number isn’t just coming from White House economists.
Cato ran the DSA platform and found that confiscating the entire net worth of the 400 richest Americans, all $6.6 trillion of it, covers about 9% of the bill. Take every dollar of corporate profit on top of that and they’re still $29 trillion short.
Romer is more than happy to explain how she’ll take money from the “billionaire class” and hand it to the working class.
But ask how much it costs, or how she’ll actually pay for everything, and her entire argument collapses.
CONTEXT: The DSA’s own estimate for its billionaire wealth tax is $3.9 trillion over ten years. The agenda costs $49 trillion. Even by their math, the billionaires cover 8 cents of every dollar.

Why did Captain Jeff Gregory fly INTO the storm, rather than continuing on course to Eleuthera?
Jeff Gregory intended to crash into Mar A Lago.
That was his plan.
He went 50+ miles off course, & flew through a storm to do so.
He had no intention of going to Freeport, ever.

CAUGHT INSIDE MINNEAPOLIS POLLING BOOTHS: Minnesota Poll Workers Tell O’Keefe, Dressed in Muslim Garb, & @camhigby, in a Burka, That They Can Vouch for Eight Unregistered Voters Without ID, Allowing Them to Vote in Minnesota Primary Election
Election worker says, “You’re the ID,” referring to the registered voter serving as identification for the people they are vouching for.
Election worker confirms O’Keefe’s question about unregistered voters being vouched for: “I can vouch for them. They are not registered… That’s okay. That’s fine. Yeah!”
Election worker explains that a registered voter in the same precinct can vouch for up to eight people: “If you’re all in the same precinct and you are already registered, you can vouch for them as ID. Eight people.”
More reports coming soon from the Justice League. @realmuckraker @anthonyjrubin @camhigby @ctznjusticelg

If your man has kissed the wall, young White men will not vote for him.
The Jews are our enemy. They hate Christ. They hate Whites. They vote blue. Our leaders must understand this.

Paraguayans dragged a congressman through the streets and threw sh*t at him.
What's going on in Paraguay?
A major banking crisis hit the country after regulators seized Ueno Bank, freezing the accounts of millions, roughly 1 in 3 people.
Now 60% of the population can't access their money, and President Santiago Peña resigned on November 5.
