Tanning beds are a far safer way to get vitamin D than D3 supplements. Tanning beds won’t calcify you into a statue.

Tanning beds are legit. Have better mood and health in these upcoming winter months by using one (8 minutes in total a week is said to be enough) I've heard Planet Fitness has the best combo of tanning beds plus membership rate (seriously)

Nickel-free stainless steel still releases chromium, and cobalt if it’s in the alloy. But nickel is the worst offender, so it’s still a real upgrade. If it’s what you can afford right now, that’s fine. Better beats perfect.

I wanted to give a shout-out to @EdaG889915 and @GoodTexture for bringing nickel toxicity (it's not a sensitivity or allergy at all, simply an acquired toxicity) to my attention so I can now help my people with this information I'm so glad I was on here that one day to see you two posting about it My nearly FOUR-hour livestream connecting nickel toxicity to the top ten causes of death in the US is below

I’m not going to freak out about every piece of metal I own, and you shouldn’t either. Start with what goes in your body daily: the fork in your mouth and the pots your food cooks in. Replace things with better options as they wear out.

The people selling you organ meats will NEVER admit they're toxic, even as their health goes down the tube It's already happening

Why hasn't medicine gotten anywhere with cancer "cures"? Because cancer is a toxicity condition Medicine administers poisons Poison on top of poison may stop/slow process for a while (has to do with bile) But...eventually the dam bursts, the problem returns even worse

Our magnesium lotion is unequaled in quality and potency
@NutriDetect has a transdermal magnesium I’d recommend more.

Peptides sold as "research chemicals" are labeled "not for human use." If something goes wrong, the legal responsibility is yours. Most evidence is animal studies, with almost no long-term human data on most of them.

If there was ever a way for "them" to get right-wing fitness, health, & freedom types to poison themselves while "they" profit from it, sneaking nano stuff into research only peptides would be one great way to do it Something to think about

Teflon flakes PFAS into your food. Ceramic coated pans have tested positive for lead and other metals once damaged. And stainless steel isn't automatic either, 18/10 has 10% nickel, 18/0 has zero. If you're cutting nickel exposure, check what you're actually cooking on.

Peptides are pharmaceuticals, even the ones your body makes. Insulin is a peptide. I think the people who benefit most are the most toxic and deficient. And if the root problem isn't fixed, the results don't stick, which is why people keep repeating stacks.

Acetaldehyde is what kills people from alcohol poisoning and is the cause of hangovers
isn't acetaldehyde less toxic than ethanol?

The toxic metal nickel issue no one was talking about until recently: - accumulates in organs & glands - is ferro*magnetic* (worsens EMF sensitivity) - is conductive (also worsens EMF sensitivity) - used in Ni-Cd BATTERIES (what "they" want you to be) You heard it here first

Stop unquestioningly trusting medical professionals. This is doubly important when it comes to nutrition. Especially at a time when loopy Twitter anons have done WAY more research into nutrition than your average GP. Do your own research when it comes to your health.
