Spencer Bivens: 90 vs 96 mph mechanics
What differences do you see from 2022 to 2024?
Podcast dropping soon on the changes he made to gain nearly 5 mph with Tread, get signed, and ultimately debut this year at age 29.

Hard worker and great teammate, anyone would be lucky to have him. @FlatgroundApp @TopPreps
A lot to like in ‘25 Gage Laughner (Central Mountain)
Proportionally strong 5-8, 170. Arm speed thru w/ controlled intent, working FB down at knees w/ some cut at 84-87. Tight, sharp BB at 74-75 and a developing CH at 79-81

Had a great outing in Hoover, Alabama for National Grey. Got the W in shortened 5 inning game due to mercy rule. Went all 5 innings, 66 pitches, 2 K’s, 2 hits, 1 BB, and 1 ER. Got a lot of ground balls and pop outs.

‘25 RHP Gage Laughner (Central Mountain) got the most out of a compact 5-foot-8, 170-pound frame. Reached a personal best 87MPH FB with advanced offspeeds to the dead zone. CH/CB/CH here.
FB: 85-87; T20 in. IVB
CB: 73-75, downer; 2168
CH: 80-81, 🤮

Our schools should give every student the tools they need to succeed.
That’s why our budget delivered the largest increase in the Basic Education Fund in Commonwealth history — and invests more than $10 billion in public K-12 education for the first time.

Know what is some BS?!?!….fighting shadows as a hitter and dealing with cheddar biscuits at 101/102 mph..,and then you get that changeup 🤦🏽♂️ #CWS2023
The character of a man should be judged by his actions. Tells you all you need to know about Twalt!
Unforgettable act of humanity and kindness
Every time I watch Wake Forest play, I think about Kevin Jordan and Tom Walter.
I scouted Kevin (really good prospect) when he was at Northside HS in Columbus, Ga... he was a great kid with off the chart makeup. Tom Walter ended up giving him a kidney. Two incredible human beings.
Welllllll done @sammyboy2339
