29 October 1940 | Dutch Jewish girl, Lida Carla ten Brink, was born in Denekamp.
She was deported to #Auschwitz from #Westerbork in November 1942. She was murdered in a gas chamber after the arrival selection.

Captain Shir Eilat, 20, an IDF officer and commander of observation soldiers in the Border Defense Corpsโ 414th Unit at Nahal Oz, led with exceptional composure on October 7, 2023, as Hamas terrorists stormed the base. She directed forces in real time, activated defensive systems against the attackers, and put her soldiersโ safety and morale first until the end.
She fell in battle defending the outpost and the communities beyond it.
May her memory be a blessing.

This progressive tells Jews they have a "moral obligation" to vote for Abdul El-Sayed to protect themselves from antisemitism -- vote our way or you're complicit. Their safety is made to depend on affirming the progressive storyline, rather than on judging a candidate as an individual on policy and character. Lin Dafni โ a Jewish Israeli young woman โ died age 22 when she was tragically killed in the "Death Ambulance" at the Nova fest.
It was hit with an RPG during the Hamas suprise attack.
According to Lihie Gilhar, everyone was knocked unconscious inside. The ambulance โ in which Jewish ravergoers were hiding in โ then set ablaze.
Not a single body was left instact.
Before her death, Lin was an amatuer designer with two siblings who loved her parents. Before her death, she managed to text nine words to her parents: "Mom, we're in a terror attack. I love you."

When Or ran to evacuate an injured fellow soldier, she was shot dead by Hamas terrorists. She and her fellow commanders saved the lives of 90 soldiers, while 7 of them were k!lled.
OR was just 22 years old. She leaves behind parents and two younger siblings.

RIP. West Virginia Deputy Sheriff Caden Mullins, who gave his life in the line of duty, is the 77th officer lost in 2026.
Deputy Sheriff Caden Mullins, 24, was killed when his cruiser was struck by a coal truck at the intersection of West Virginia Route 10 and Rum Creek Road at approximately 4:30 PM.
Deputy Mullins had attended a Trunk or Treat event in Man with his fiancee, who was riding with him. He was taking her to her residence before planning to respond to a call for service elsewhere in the county when the crash occurred.
Mullins previously served with the Charleston Police Department before joining the Logan County Sheriff's Department in August 2025.
Deputy Mullins is survived by his fiancรฉe, his brother Deputy Jason โGageโ Mullins, and other family members.
