When I used to play 5-A-Side tournaments in the 70s and 80s in Southwark Park, the only rule was that you had to be from one of the local estates. When teams brought in outsiders they got flung out of the league and cups. There you go, Man City.

The floating bus stops at Leicester train station need to be removed. Pedestrians should not have cyclists, e-bikes etc ridden at speed swerving around them on what should be pedestrian only space. Cycle lanes should not be routed through the pavement at bus stops is not safe.
