If you are a QB/Coach/Parent, read this! It's what U should focus on! 6th graders don't face 12th grade situations!

Bill does incredible work.
This, is incredible work.
Michigan's defense has held all 7 opponents to 20 points or fewer. Since 2014, FBS teams that do that win 87% of the time.
Michigan is 4-3.
Jason Beck has to go. Now. Here's the data. 🧵
ALT Scatter plot of all 138 FBS teams by opponent-adjusted offensive and defensive EPA per play in 2026, with Power 4 teams highlighted. Michigan is among the best defenses (#13) but in the bottom half on offense (#86).

Michigan does not have a QB problem, anything but.
Bryce Underwood & Tommy Carr are both talented. The leadership/maturity Underwood's shown after sitting down is some of the best I've seen from a player his age.
They need to be coached better. Whole offense does.

Can the Bryce blamers & now Tommy blamers unite and realize it’s not a QB problem?

Watching Michigan with two different quarterbacks, it's hard not to conclude that Michigan's offensive problems are more OC Jason Beck than it was Bryce Underwood or is Tommy Carr.

👏🏾👏🏾 This means a lot to the kids who battle this daily as well. Setting the bar.
POWERFUL: #Browns rookie WR KC Concepcion has battled a stutter his entire life but he still makes it a point to speak with the media after every game.
KC continues to show incredible courage and is an inspiration to everyone who struggles with a stutter.

My point exactly, everything changed and I'm glad it did, but why didn't it change before?? And before some of you say he can't read a defense, you don't need to read a defense to hand off the ball, all of a sudden you see the pistol formation and inside zones. Both run and pass plays was called different.
Nothing wrong with this answer; they didn't ask Tommy to do much. I think it's obvious you have to make the change at this point, but there needs to be an explanation for the change in play-calling and scheme in the second half. No reason Underwood couldn't have straight-give in pistol, split zone, majority 11 personnel.

Kyle Whittingham says he's not prepared to say Tommy Carr will be the starter moving forward. Needs to look at the film and evaluate what improved in the second half.

Bryce gets a lot of shit from this fanbase. And I know college football is different in the NIL era and expectations become different when you’re a millionaire many times over. But I’ll never forget how he acted today after being benched. That’s character.

Dear Jason Beck,
I think I speak for every Michigan fan, PLEASE STOP RUNNING THE PERIMETER RUNS! It hasn’t worked, it’s not working, it won’t work. Michigan is, and has been a north and south team.

It's baffling to me that Michigan's offense is worse than two years ago when it started: A former walk-on, a gadget player who couldn't throw, and a guy who retired midseason at quarterback.
