I don't think I will accept your premise of commercials as smart money, given that last week they held 38 long contracts and 3593 shorts.
Early on in the history of COT data for Bitcoin futures, the commercials were a non-factor. Now they are reliably and spectacularly wrong.

Elle pourrait donc passer plus au sud de l'incendie de Fontainebleau.
Cet orage peut provoquer des impacts de foudre extra-nuageux pouvant toucher un arbre de la forêt et engendrer un départ de feu supplémentaire.
