LUNC family , I have a long period behind me of having trouble focusing / memoryloss, imsomnia and just feeling exhausted . I thought maybe I was over- exposed to LUNC 🤣 I stopped smoking back in July last year and also drinking alcohol but at some point I picked up on these throw away vapes months later. ( please don't, they are very bad , better to smoke cigarettes if you are gonna smoke anything ) I had a MRI , bloodtests and hormonecheck . My MRI came back perfect my bloodtest showed I was extremely low on iron and on vitimine D and I am transitioning so to speak  . I have great genes thats why I look like 30 haha There were a million things I wanted to do but couldn't because I just didnt have the energy , I felt bad and honestly felt like I was 80 , simple things were just overwhelming coz I didnt have the energy and I could not store things in my head. For the last month or so I have been taking prescribed Iron , Vitamin D , Vitamine B, Magnesium and I swapped the vape for cigarettes. I feel reborn 🥳 , I cant even explain it to you . I sleep well , I have energy and my mind is clear 💪 resume : I am back.👊 This will sound very dramatic but I feel I have lifeforce pumping back in my veins again , I am excited about life &  $LUNC because there are a lot of things I am going to do 💯 .
