Now is the forth time, Honourable Minister sir, The services of this supply is POOR sir, and there is no climatic consideration in it. Using myself for example, in this EL-NINO situation one would expect the supply would be constant over the night, to my surprise you and your team chose to give that supply when everyone would have gone to work and before we get back you have taken it making us sleep inside this satanic heat. Nigerians should not die in your hands sir, kindly look into how you can ration this light well considering this excessive heat period.
