I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. -Matt 16:18
On face value, this appears to make sense. However, @NIRA_Ug relies on more unique features to identify who we are.
NIRA uses iris and fingerprints to identify who you are.
You’re free to compete with a chameleon, so long as within the confines of @assempebwa
or @AbiazRwamwiri regulations.
During mass enrollment and renewal exercise @NIRA_Ug directly interacted with 23.2 million people.
At least 42k of which were registered at the diaspora.
It’s also safe to say that @NIRA_Ug is operating in the full cycle of the national Identification Register
a)NINs/ National ID Cards
b)Alien Identification Numbers/Alien Identification ID Cards
c)Birth Certificates
d)Marriage Certificates
e)Death Certificates
f)Adoption Schedules

Karl Bushby has arrived home in Hull after walking 30,000 miles over the last 28 years. He set off from southern Chile in 1998, aged 28, promising to walk all the way home.

There is a risk in dealing with people whose identity is unknown. That is why it is very important to register your child as early as possible. No credible (person) organization can offer meaningful assistance to an unidentified person.
Jonan, Steven could not issue the death certificate to you because, according to procedure, it is the declarant who is authorized to collect it.
You were advise to you liaise with the declarant to pick up the certificate.
Please align this guy called Steven issuing birth certificates at Nira Georgia house. He cant keep people bouncing everyday, he barks at people , he is so un profession. Please get us another who can give us quick and better service.
@NIRA_Ug
A child registered with @NIRA_Ug is a step closer to opportunity than one who isn't.
The first question is always: "Does your child have a NIN?"
Register early. Secure their future. Register today.

If your loved one abroad informs you that his/her life is in danger, do not wait to lose communication completely. Get as much information as possible especially about their exact location, write it down and inform us. Through the INTERPOL communication channels we will ask the police of the country in question to locate and rescue your person.
FEEDBACK 📌
Work on our public service systems until there's no need to "know someone" in a gov't ministry, department or agency, to be served.
I was happy to receive my new NID @NIRA_Ug with no prior calls. And it's the men in uniform that assist with directions 🤗
Scary but secure 😜
