WriteStack just broke the $12,000 MRR! Took me 600 days to make my first $. Then another 3 to $1,000 MRR Then another 10 to $10,000 Then another 5 to $12,000 It was linear at any point. Always ups and downs. Here's to a strong end of year ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿฅ‚

I've been using Claude Code, the terminal version, for the past month. I CAN'T BELIEVE I WAS USING CURSOR FOR SO LONG. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.....

Sometimes the tiniest changes can have the greatest impacts. It used to take 3-6 seconds to load your statistics. Now it mostly takes less than a second. And all I needed to do with uncheck 3 boxes. Damn, am I happy about this!

For years, I started everything and finished nothing. A new idea showed up. I dropped the one I was working on and called it strategy. Now I have a main bot that saves new ideas and pushes me back to the goal, plus AI employees for analytics, support, partnerships content, paid ads and SO much more. Iโ€™m showing you how to build your own on October 21. โ†’ Check it out on orelz.com/grok-bot

WriteStack is close to breaking a new record!! $140,000 Annual Revenue! The last 7 months were pretty rough, as I couldn't find a way to grow WriteStack anymore, but it seems like we're breaking through

What grade did your Notes earn? Run your Substack URL through the free Notes Report Card. It checks your last 100 Notes from the past 90 days. Then share the report as a Note.

This guy has absolutely no idea what heโ€™s talking about. Serious companies I can promise you are not switching to Marcโ€™s POS product In fact, instead of startups or MVPs, I propose we call all Marcs products POS products

There's a notion on X that building a profitable product is as simple as sending a prompt. To be honest, coding was never the moat (unless it's the 2000s). It's brand, trust, data, etc. And to get these, you HAVE to put in the effort. and way more than you expect. Agree?

It does sound good on paper, BUT, it still takes time and effort to build something that works well for you. Yes, you can build something functional over the weekend, but then you need to maintain it. Fix bugs. Probably add more features as you go, because the other tool had it. Now it consumes more time and money than expected. So paying $99 for a product that does everything for you and has a team that has their 100% focused on that sounds like a good trade. I mean, if you're paying anything like Marc or @wickedguro, your weekend is worth more than $99. Even more than your early subscription. Agree?
Software is having its Uber moment. For years, SaaS companies could keep raising prices because building an alternative was too expensive. AI changes that. Now anyone can enter the market with a competitive pricing. And customers can vibe code a good-enough version themselves.

You posted to 3 likes. Three people stopped. Three people read. Three people chose to say something. That counts.
