Construction wrapped recently at Annandale Golf Club (1906) on this William P. Bell inspired renovation-restoration. Growing in nicely! Holes #11, 16 and 10 showcased here. A true team effort, thanks to all involved and the great leadership at the Club. Very proud of this one!

As we close the books on another year, we are grateful for the landscapes we've shaped and the rounds we've inspired. Whether you are on the tee box or by the fireside, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and clear fairways in 2026.
Sincerely – Todd, Charlie and Andy
Underway at the historic Annandale Golf Club (opened in 1906!) Great start with @LaBarGolf & @GHmgmtgroup & talented shapers in Mark, @BenMalach and Matt. Full scope of renovation plus select restorative work from William P. Bell’s re-design of the mid 1920’s. Away we go!
Had a great time joining Derek Duncan @feedtheball on his podcast (finally). Thanks for your patience Derek!
Great talk with Todd Eckenrode about early California golf, William Watson, the Bells, MacKenzie, Thomas, Max Behr and much, much more. It only took me 5 years to get him on the pod but the wait was worth it.

Belated Congrats to Orinda Country Club on 100th anniversary in 2024. William Watson's routing showcases bold ground features & many standout solo holes. Oil painting by super @joshuacfsmith as well here! An honor to be their golf course architect. Cheers to the future 100 years!

New short course at Twin Dolphin in Los Cabos coming along great. Will be a blast to play, lots of variety & shots, interesting greens & alternate tees. Great team effort! All shaped up, irrigation, drainage & bunker liners in-grassing very soon. The members are going to love it!
Proposed improvements for La Rinconada CC animated here by @harriskalinka, an incredible job capturing the heightened sustainability & ground characteristics that could be achieved. These renovation improvements would create a truly elevated golf course & golfing experience!
Earlier this year we had the pleasure of working with @OriginsGolf to create this animation of the proposed renovation at La Rinconada Country Club in Los Gatos, California.
This sustainability driven renovation includes a modification to the layout of the course and the introduction of an ‘old California’ aesthetic with native oaks, open meadows, natural dry creeks, and bunkering that represents the 1920’s design era.
The project was presented in April 2024 and the Club will be seeking approval of the membership in the fall.
