πΊπΈ U.S. corn and soybean export inspections both topped expectations last week. The corn volume was easily the strongest for the week in the 44-year record.
59% of inspected soybean cargoes were bound for China, while Japan + Mexico accounted for 58% of corn inspections.

Potential for $14.00+ soybeans? π± π€
Every monthly close above $12.00 (let alone $13.00) has ultimately led to $14.00 or in most cases even higher
Last month we had our first monthly close above $12.00 in over two years
$12.00 has acted as a key pivot point countless times over the years
Could definitely argue there is plenty of long term upside potential in soybeans
There are some instances where we wicked above and failed. Take 2009 and 2016 for example
But each time we closed above the end result was higher

#Corn has rallied $1.00 since June 30, in the weakest seasonal timeframe. While the energy builds have not been great the fractal trend alignment is now triple up. We will finalize the monthly flip next Monday.
There have been 34 bullish monthly impulses since 1959 with the average duration being 11 months and the longest being 31 months. The failure rate is only 12% over the last 67 years. The average size of impulse is a 26% gain with the largest being 204%.
Letβs say we end August at $5.35 then a 26% gain would be $6.74 but a 204% gain would be $16.26.
Hhmmm, I guess new highs are possible if good demand, smaller supply, more Chinese demand, weather problems for SA, and war continuation occurs. #iamnotbearish

Five stops in west central Iowa with an average corn yield of 187 bu/acre, down 18% from these same five stops last year. Problems include low ear counts and shorter grain length.
Soybeans are disappointing. Only 1131 pods per 3'x3' plot, down 33% from last year. #pftour26

A stocks-to-use ratio at 7.8% is a notable step down from 9.5% last year.
