Here is the simple meta-analysis of PROMISE and PRISM trials for the livebirth outcome. I see consistency. We will enhance the analysis through Bayesian approaches.
24/ NEJM and Media discordance: Regarding 3 or more previous miscarriages, we state “this observation requires validation”. This is correct. The validation can be from external evidence (Tweet 19). We were not permitted to add the meta-analysis plot to the NEJM manuscript.
