It’s a bitter-sweet day today! My daughter turns 16, my whole last born! My baby brother would be turning 43 today. It’s just a day I full of confusing emotions. I never know what to do. I made the mistake of listening to some of my daughter’s music and I’m now bawling . Life!

You can run a dedicated campaign and ask each provincial and national department to indicate how much they’ve spent on international travel and allowances in this MTEF period. Then list names and rank of delegates @PSC_ZA . That on its own will be revealing.
