The question that @abaxx_tech shareholders are asking themselves is how large the naked short position on $ABXX.TO is, after all it's the same perps, same playbook...
Here Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons (NBH), details a 10mn share short by @AnsonGroupFunds on NBH (carried over from MMTLP) with NO cost to borrow, i.e. NAKED! A short position which presumably remains open to this day.
All this blatantly illegal activity continues to this day unabated under the complacent view of @SECPaulSAtkins.

The @SECGov met with FINRA's OTC Corporate Actions Team about the MMTLP Corporate Action before it was first published.
After it was published FINRA then met with the DTCC to discuss the matter without the issuer.
That led to FINRA unilaterally making a revision in the middle of the 12/8/22 trading day (12/8 became the final trading day).
FINRA, the SEC, and the DTCC all appear to have been involved, and they had two opportunities to get the MMTLP Corporate Action right.
