Has anyone read the 3 blog posts by @SECLawyer101 Brenda Hamilton in the first image below? What's interesting about these posts is that Hamilton puts great effort into painting a negative image of Torchlight $TRCH, Metamaterials $MMAT, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons $MMTLP & the investing public by twisting a narrative that attempts to justify the actions (and inactions) of @FINRA & the @SECGov. Brenda, were you asked and/or paid to write these posts? If so, by whom? How is it that you both applaud FINRA's FAQ and contradict it at the same time? How is it that you have prior blog posts about various SEC rules & FINRA's Rule 6490, but you neglect to incorporate the fact that these rules weren't followed in the case of MMTLP? Congress has already produced a CRS report in which they used information from random sources on the Internet about MMTLP including forum posts and hit pieces... Are you aware of your blog posts being used to educate members of Congress and/or their staff? (Strange that @RepRalphNorman appears to have withdrawn his support after you began posting on the subject) Very soon there will be a very long and detailed video 🎥 that explains all of this in detail, retractions or at the very least a less biased follow-up might be your friend. #MMTLPFiasco
