U.S. REGULATORS ARE COVERING UP FOR CRIMINALS ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL NAKED SHORT SELLING THAT DESTROY AMERICAN COMPANIES🚨

This is interesting!
When you @bobivry were at @Bloomberg, you guys reported on Ari Rubenstein being involved with Overstock's dividend trading against the wishes of Overstock.
Overstock complained and got their lawyers involved but @FINRA allowed Rubenstein and GTS to continue trading their dividend on the OTC.
In the same Bloomberg article, Georgetown professor James Angel appears to also question Overstock's actions.
Strangely enough, Rubenstein was a member of FINRA's Market Surveillance Advisory Group at that time, and James Angel was linked to both FINRA and Rubenstein's Modern Markets Initiative.
So when James Angel again posed as an investor disappointed with the company after FINRA's U3 halt of MMTLP, it was kinda like deja-vu!

The ART OF DISCOVERY every #CEO & #Investor should be made aware of... @BlueLedgerAI just connected the dots for the World to see. Not hype, the tracking in a complex system delivering FACTUAL EVIDENCE in real time.
FRAUDSTERS!
When selling stuff you don't own gets exposed!
Simple Explanation for how the US Stock Market along with the SEC/FINRA have created a loophole through their statutory legislation to allow and protect the unscrupulous act of selling something you don't own by hiding it through laundering the transactions in the European markets.
GOOD NEWS!
.@BlueLedgerAI can track the rape and pillage of a companies stock ticker across markets worldwide and the unsavory "dark pools" where trades are executed along with your stock price seeing the guillotine.
This data can be presented in Congress who should be forced to act by getting the SEC to make the dirty borker dealers cover those shorts, and if not, a court of law with a jury trial of YOUR peers to hold the criminals accountable.
Follow Blue Ledger...MUCH MORE TO COME!

So just like Overstock's dividend, MMTLP traded against the issuer's wishes and GTS Securities can be linked to both.
In both cases FINRA appears to have ignored the issuer's complaints in favor of GTS Securities/Ari Rubenstein, who was also a member of FINRA's Market Surveillance Advisory Group, and the employer of @Georgetown professor James Angel, who himself is also linked to FINRA.
Did Angel disclose this links? Was he aware of the random coincidence that GTS/Ari Rubenstein was linked to both cases?
Interesting that Overstock and MMTLP are both cases of alleged manipulation relating to short selling! @FBILosAngeles @VP

Is there an exemption that allows FINRA to bypass their rules such as Rule 6490?
Based on the rule it doesn't appear that it's FINRA's role to author the language and dates of an issuer's Corporate Action.
In addition to this, the SEC's pending adjudication concerning the 2021 reverse-merger between Torchlight and Metamaterials, and FINRA's blue sheet investigation into both MMAT and MMTLP (initiated on 12/5/22), were two separate reasons to NOT process the MMTLP Corporate Action submission.
Based on FINRA's Rule 6490, FINRA was also supposed to review the submission for issues relating to settlement and clearance, but somehow FINRA didn't perform this step until after publishing two separate MMTLP Corporate Actions.
Why did the office of @PeteSessions
claim that FINRA did deem the submission deficient in December 2022?
Doesn't this seem odd? @TheJusticeDept @VP

Why is the SEC ignoring requests to meet with Greg McCabe concerning MMTLP / Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, but the SEC met with FIF to discuss the same subject?
Why did the SEC meet with FINRA's OTC Corporate Actions Team before FINRA overstepped their authority to author two fraudulent MMTLP Corporate Actions? @FBI @TheJusticeDept

Bob Ivry is an investigative journalist who made his career exposing institutional corruption and structural recklessness on Wall Street. His pivot to writing a satirical, pop-culture-styled takedown mocking MMTLP investors who believe they are victims of those very same systemic market vulnerabilities is a bit of a head scratcher... (image 1)
Especially since the evidence supports the arguments of those same investors.
Images 2 - 4 show that the @SECGov were involved along with FINRA, both BEFORE and AFTER the U3 halt of MMTLP.
If the CEO is claiming to have evidence of manipulation, why is the SEC refusing to meet? The SEC met with FIF to discuss the company's actions, but they won't meet with the actual company?!
There should have only been approx 165 million shares, but the CEO claims that according to an actuary there were up to a billion shares in circulation.
As a journalist, you don't think any of these claims are worthy of an update? @bobivry

MMTLP This administration says it wants to root out financial fraud. So why isn’t the SEC examining the evidence in MMTLP?
If Greg McCabe has evidence of a potential share overage, why not sit down, review the records, and reconcile the numbers?
124,000 shareholders deserve answers, transparency, and accountability.

I don’t understand why the SEC has deliberately ignored a U.S.-based company, Next Bridge, for years, despite the company having evidence of NAKED SHORTING, yet takes a meeting with a lobbying group that represents hedge fund interests.
And to make matters worse, this same lobbying group reportedly urged the SEC to prevent Next Bridge’s S-1 registration statement from becoming effective.
And YES, there’s evidence that this meeting took place.… $MMTLP
