A major reason why many Republicans (and independents) voted for Trump was due to his campaign promises wrt no more wars of choice in the Middle East. Trump betrayed that promise and even a majority of the GOP agrees Iran wasn't an imminent threat. Kushner and Witkoff lied.

The Republican party pissed away the last two years being anything but conservative, starting an unconstitutional war of choice, blowing up the national debt, not shutting down the superfluous Federal agencies, etc. They're going to all be *shocked* when socialists keep winning.

Sam Bankman-Fried is just one of many convicted felons linked to the crypto crime cartel known as Tether.
Alameda Research, co-founded by Sam Bankman-Fried, is perhaps the most infamous Tether customer. During the 17-month period recorded in the Tether documents obtained by ICIJ, Alameda Research purchased more than 4.1 billion USDT tokens directly from Tether. buff.ly/zFCpAdO

The Lutnick & Kushner crime families know they can get away with murder. They're acting accordingly.
NEW: Lutnick's Commerce Dept will give up to $175M to a fusion startup backed by Kushner's brother. The government's stake is priced off a funding round his firm led.

Trump is polling at 31% approval in the U.S. Judging by the polls, you could rightfully conclude that's not the country he serves. It isn't 99% approval like he claims, but it isn't that far off. The American people, they get table scraps. This is a humiliation ritual.
Trump: I am polling at 99% in Israel.

Benjamin Netanyahu sounds absolutely desperate for the elections to be disrupted, one way or another. Purportedly, Trump didn't play along.
CNN: Netanyahu pushed for a joint US-Israeli strike on Iran before Israel’s elections, but Trump refused to give the green light. One reason was IDF Chief Eyal Zamir warning his US counterpart that an attack could disrupt the elections and force their postponement.

Avigdor Liberman of Israel's Yisrael Beiteinu has just demanded the Attorney General to probe Benjamin Netanyahu for treason. Nothing to see here.

Howard Lutnick has already been laundering money for the IRGC via Tether, so why wouldn't he be willing to launder dirty crypto cash for Netanyahu? Why not profit from both sides of the trade? Isn't that what a money launderer is supposed to do? Lucky Lutnick is happy to serve.

China bet big on EVs and high-speed trains, while the U.S. has wasted trillions on the military industrial complex. The net result? America is still highly dependent on fossil fuel vehicles, which are extremely costly for our working and middle classes, thanks to the Iran War.
Just read this today. For the first time on record, gasoline-only cars fell below half of global new-vehicle sales in H1 2026, hitting 49% (down from 73% in 2021), as high oil prices accelerated the shift toward hybrids and EVs. asia.nikkei.com/business/aut…

As @irbezek points out, Brazil's stock market crash $EWZ following Lula's win will have little direct impact on the net worth of your average Brazilian. As for indirect costs to the lower 97% (due to capital possibly fleeing the country and thus jobs), that remains to be seen.

Trump is acting like his maximalist demands are achievable, when he doesn't have maximal strategic leverage. The other side gets a veto. Tehran has no incentive to deal. Certainly not while they've leverage.
NOW: The Iranians have responded to Trump’s comments on Fox News this morning where he stated “we get everything and Iran gets nothing” by effectively stating that this is one of the KEY reasons why there is no hope for a deal at this point. President Trump’s demands are simply entirely incompatible with obviously observable realities of how this conflict has played out.

Just like AIPAC, FDD and other Israeli outfits meddle in the internal affairs of American politics, here's Trump on social media interfering with a foreign election. None of these people respect American sovereignty or the best interests of the American people.
BREAKING: Trump again endorses Netanyahu

Columbia University, once known as a highly respected educational institution in America, has turned into a dystopian prison-like fiefdom. Places of higher learning are crucial to the concept of the Public Square and the Redress of Grievances. This is shameful.
I'm going to Columbia to speak to some students, and apparently you need ID and a QR code to visit the campus. They locked it down after the Gaza protests and still haven't reopened it. It's the only Ivy League university that's closed to visitors.

Let’s be VERY clear about what President Trump is saying when he states he has “two very different sets of intelligence”… He had an Israeli-supplied set, and an American-supplied set. The Israeli’s have let Trump into an unmitigated DISASTER that was based on manipulated, inaccurate, and flat out fabricated intelligence. THIS is the moment for President Trump to put AMERICA FIRST and trust AMERICAN intelligence.
Listen to the American intelligence, not the Israeli intelligence: xitter.cf/joekent16jan19/status/…

The raving mad fearmonger Benjamin Netanyahu posted a lengthy screed in Hebrew, alongside an AI image of a nuclear explosion wiping out Israel. For 40 years America has listened to this monster, even though he lied about WMDs in Iraq and dragged us into wars costing TRILLIONS.

NOW: In the last 48 hours, there has been a VERY significant increase in Ansar Allah (Houthi) strikes against Saudi Arabia that are greatly depleting interceptor munitions for The Kingdom in the lead up to what many think will be a full blown resumption of the U.S./Israel/Iran War. Just in the last two days, we have seen Early Warning Alerts issued for Riyadh (x2), Jeddah, Yanbu, Abha, Jazan (x2), Taif (x2), Tanumah, Namas, Khamis Mushait (x2), Wadi al-Dawasir, and Najran. It should ALSO be noted that this is but a FRACTION of the actual Ansar Allah launches against Saudi Arabia. According to the Saudi Coalition Spokesperson, Colonel Turki Al-Maliki, at least FOUR attempts were made by Ansar Allah to strike Riyadh in the last two days, include three yesterday alone. Due to this, it should be acknowledged the VERY different landscape that exists in any return to war from the United States and Israel against Iran. It would NOT be “going back to Epic Fury”, it would an entirely new strategic picture that greatly disadvantages the United States due to exponentially greatly fragility in the global energy markets due to Ansar Allah’s ability to influence the Bab al-Mandeb, strike Saudi infrastructure, and weaken Saudi defenses to potential Iranian strikes as well. It is clear as day now that any resumption of the Iran War would very quickly accelerate into a true economic catastrophe.
