Going from 6 to 20 percent CTR, repeatedly, is rediculous.
I'm not sure how we got here as a society, where critical thought and general discernment are so rare, but this rediculous.
The idea that my opinion can be viewed as invalid not by its own merit, but because of where I happened to be born, is disgusting.
I love the idea of a no currency trading system, keep it up!

This guy might get the last laugh though, currently fighting an infection from him blasting me in my left thigh with a shotgun.
Honestly another possibility would be to mimic another users BCU to get past their BCU lock without needing theirs.
A couple possibilities: perhaps you find this upgrade device in a bunker or something and you can use it to:
Back up your consciousness in case of permadeath
Respec your character skills
Upgraded map capabilities
Different crafting options
Thermal Vision
Physical buffs
