El documento, fechado el 1 de noviembre de 2026 en Croix-des-Bouquets, refleja preocupación por el desarrollo de las operaciones de seguridad.
En la comunicación, Joseph hace referencia a los recientes acontecimientos relacionados con los cuatro militares salvadoreños desaparecidos. También expresa temor de que las declaraciones del presidente @nayibbukele. Por ello, solicita que Naciones Unidas facilite conversaciones entre las partes involucradas y manifiesta su disposición a participar en un proceso de diálogo.
