The pain gets so bad or I lose so much blood that I pass out, haemorrhage, or end up in hospital. I might not be able to have kids because of it.
I am sick of men cosplaying our suffering.
A man can identify as a woman.
But he will never be female.
Endometriosis and PCOS are debilitating conditions which affect one in ten women.
WOMEN.
Only women.
You will never feel the heartbreak of miscarrying a child, the agony of dysmenorrhea, the fear of being told as a teenager that the biological process your body was built for will cause decades of pain and suffering.
Our biology is not your label.
Our suffering is not your kink.
Our bodies are not your costume.
If a straight cisgender woman was hired as a transgender representative, the trans community would be outraged.
So why is it okay for a man to be hired for a woman’s job? We deserve advocates and representatives who actually understand us.
Our bodies.
Our disease.
Our choice.

Attacks on Jews all over the West. Not on Israelis or Zionists (not that that would be any better) but on Jews. Why? Because they are Jews. This attempted attack comes amid a wave of recent incidents targeting Jewish institutions in the Netherlands and across Europe, including attacks in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Liège.
The discovery of explosive materials near a place of worship is extremely alarming and highlights the serious and ongoing threat facing Jewish communities. Preventing this attack likely averted potentially devastating consequences.
This incident underscores the urgent need for heightened vigilance, strong intelligence cooperation and reinforced protection of Jewish sites. Authorities must ensure that those responsible are identified and that any wider networks behind these attempts are dismantled.
Jewish communities must be able to live, gather, and pray in safety. Attempts to terrorise them will not succeed.

Nine-year-old Tiernan McCready was walking home from football in Derry when he saw something that didn’t feel right.
Nearby, three men were trying to force an 18-year-old girl into a van.
Most people would have frozen in fear.
Tiernan didn’t.
Even though he was scared, the young boy started shouting and ran closer to the scene, drawing attention to what was happening. The sudden noise and interruption caused the men to panic and flee.
The girl was able to escape.
Tiernan then helped her get to safety and alerted his mother so the police could be called.
Later, Tiernan admitted he had been frightened the entire time, but said he knew he could not just stand there and do nothing.
Police praised the boy’s quick thinking and courage, saying his actions may have prevented a much more serious outcome.
To recognize what he did, officers presented Tiernan with a badge of bravery.
Despite the attention, the young boy remained humble and said he hopes to become a police officer one day so he can continue helping people.
Sometimes the biggest acts of courage come from the smallest heroes.

Industrial arable farming loses approximately 30 billion tonnes of topsoil per year globally.
At current rates, we have about 60 harvests left before the soil that grows the world's crops is functionally depleted.
Sixty harvests. About sixty years.
Managed rotational cattle grazing builds topsoil at 1-2 inches per decade. Root systems deepen under grazing pressure. Manure feeds the soil biology. Hoof action increases water infiltration. Carbon moves from the atmosphere into the ground.
This is how the North American Great Plains built six to eight feet of topsoil over millennia. Bison. Moving constantly. Never overgrazing any one area. The land thrived.
Then we shot the bison, ploughed the grassland, planted continuous corn, and turned Kansas into a dust bowl within fifty years.
The solution to topsoil loss is not fewer cattle.
The solution to topsoil loss is more cattle, managed better, on more land.
But that would require updating the narrative.
The clock is ticking at thirty billion tonnes a year, and the narrative remains the priority.

Martyna Ogonowska, a UK rape survivor who, at 18, stabbed a man to death in self-defense as he sexually assaulted her, has just lost an appeal of her 17 year prison sentence.
This, lest we forget, is the same court system which failed to prosecute the adult man who raped Ogonowska when she was 14 because a judge decided that she’d consented, and which also recently handed out a suspended sentence to a man who raped a 13 year old because he told the judge that he “didn’t know it was illegal,” and because had been taught in his UK madrassah that British women and girls “have no more value than a piece of candy that has been dropped on the ground.
It seems that the British justice system agrees.
Can this possibly be true? If it is, this is an appallingly serious outrage.
Head of British schools Sir Mufti Hamid Patel said restrictions in British schools on art, dancing, music, religious education was necessary not to offend Muslim students or their families.
If schools start restricting art, music, dance or parts of the curriculum to avoid offending people, we have to ask a serious question.
Where does it stop?
Education should expand children’s horizons not narrow them.
