The U.S. has a trillion dollar defense budget
It also has dudes like this, just in case
Writer: Michael
not only am i not worried about the crypto community's ability to handle the upcoming ai/quantum threat, i will venture to say that in the next 2 yrs the world will realize crypto is far better prepared for it than the rest of the internet and finance. we've had a trillion dollar *irreversible* honey pot for a decade, producing a far more battletested system and adversarial security culture than pretty much anywhere else on earth.

I am raising $200m for my genetically modified military turtle startup
JUST IN: Palmer Luckey's genetically modified military dog startup, Warhound, comes out of stealth, aiming to create enhanced canines for the U.S. military.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is NOT Palmer's company at all, his company Anduril is only supplying the tech for the dogs, and this is a wholly owed Collosal entiity

Priced against the 2008 top in real terms (inflation adjusted) I think it could be argued that oil is still cheap and likely going higher before anything breaks… $WTI
Crypto has unfortunately been hijacked by worthless influencers
FaZe Banks explains why Kimchi partnering with Bottega Veneta is a huge win for the industry
FaZe Banks: “He’s for sure gonna be able to leverage all this attention to go make $40,000,000. He's 22 years old”
Ansem: “Bro he got a partnership with Bottega Veneta. That’s lit”
FaZe Banks: “It is lit. I don't care if that's your cup of tea. I don't care if you want to wear Bottega but one thing is fact. We should all be able to come to the consensus, that is good for crypto”
“Crypto's biggest issue has been swagless, aura-less. Objectively this is good for us like legitimately could be good for Bitcoin”

Probably the most important chart is the BTC/NAS100 chart I talked about in the live earlier.
All that cash that was rotated into the AI/Semis trade is just sitting in brokerage accounts, ready to roll.
Never before in a cycle has there been a more convenient avenue for liquidity if old Bitty gets going.
DJI on pace for its best month since April after CT experts call for 1987 style market crash. Lessons there…
Just went thru my "Whitehouse list" on Tradingview which consists primarily of nuclear, rare earths, AI, and robotic names... They all look like shitcoins.
This is probably the best thread on the realities of building wealth that I’ve read on Twitter… Apply
Once you sustain $5-10m net worth, you've made it. Almost. Rich enough to be comfortable, poor enough for one bad bet to send you back. Here's what actually changes at this tier, and how to get to $25m 👇
-Self-funding, barely. A 3% draw on $7.5m is $225k/yr pre-tax, ~$150k after. You can quit but probably shouldn't. Earned income is still the cheapest capital you'll ever get plus it’s more reliable.
-Risk capacity is real but finite. A venture bet going to zero is a bad year. Size so the worst case costs you a year or two, not a tier demotion.
-Borrow, carefully. SBLOCs work here, just at worse spreads than the private bank crowd gets. Keep LTV under 20% so a drawdown doesn’t become a margin call.
-Skip the fancy structures. Estate exemption is $15m per person. You don't have an estate tax problem, you have an income tax problem. QSBS, solo 401k, tax-loss harvesting, no state tax residency or Puerto Rico if extreme/mobile. Boring, cheap, compounding.
-Claude Max is 0.03% of your net worth. Fading the singularity at this tier is a choice.
