PonsP2P is an OTC, P2P-based DEX built on top of Pons. It allows users to buy and sell tokens directly with each other without taxes, slippage, or price impact. You often see people up millions on @fomo in paper profits, only to realize they can’t actually sell because the liquidity is too thin. PonsP2P solves this by letting holders sell their tokens directly P2P, allowing both the seller and buyer to avoid the massive price impact and taxes that come with selling through a thin LP. Gm, day 3 of building Ponsp2p. Next up, Ponsp2p goes multichain, so @Arc users can list tokens and stocks P2P. Any chain can fill an order too, meaning you can buy token on Arc P2P but pay in Arc usdc, BASE, RH and so on. Also, we will be doing buybacks and burning tokens on our P2P dex.

Private Escrow is now live. You can now sell tokens P2P privately perfect for OTC deals, KOL deals, DAO sales, or any time you want to sell a specific amount to a specific person with a trusted layer in between, without anyone else knowing. Good morning! Day 2 of building PonsP2P. Today we release the following features: Release roadmap on website and GitBook. In P2P Menu choose what you get in return instead of ETH, USDG, stocks, or other tokens. Private P2P: Create an private escrow between two users instead of opening the order to the public. Live updates on every order created, right inside our TG.

PonsP2P allows you to not only open a P2P order for a token sell, but also place a bid with an amount of ETH for a token you want to buy at market price, a discount, or a fixed price, and people can sell you tokens directly OTC. Watch this video to understand how to open a bid.

PonsP2P is not only an OTC trading platform for Robinhood tokens. You'll be able to list RWA assets to sell OTC and get paid in stablecoins, tokenized stocks, and anything you prefer.
