A woman whose horse died after being spooked by a balloon is calling for balloon releases to be banned. Anne Keen's horse seriously injured itself in a field in Devizes when helium balloons floated down next to it. Several animal charities want outdoor balloon releases banned, but the government says it's a matter for local authorities.
