On Midnight, vaults will be able to set their own "risk, compliance, and liquidity" parameters.
"Compliance" means a vault will be able to decide who it agrees to extend credit to: only verified counterparties, only wallets with certain credentials.
To do this, you need onchain identity attestations that contracts can read.
This is exactly the space where a registry of verified wallets would have a concrete use. "Leap of Faith" is essentially a list of sanctions-screened wallets that have signed the principles, sorted and filtered by the team.
It's still a hypothesis (🐸), but it's the first time @Morpho has openly said its vaults will choose counterparties based on compliance rules.
There's also the matter of agents.
With vaults moving capital between variable-rate markets, fixed-rate markets and direct offers, the management work becomes much more complex. $TIBBIR is waiting around the corner.

Morpho Vaults will soon be able allocate to Morpho Midnight.
The hardest challenge for fixed-rate lending onchain has been attracting enough smart liquidity to make these markets work at scale. The Midnight Adapter make Midnight's fixed-rate, fixed-term markets accessible to ~$5B already deposited in Morpho Vaults.
The adapter unlocks a new and much larger design space for vaults to differentiate on rates, duration, and liquidity:
- Vaults won't be limited by just the Morpho Blue pools and will be able to allocate across variable-rate Blue markets and fixed-rate Midnight markets or P2P offers.
- Vaults will be able to make intentional liquidity trade offs. Blue markets target 90% utilization, whereas Midnight markets are 100% utilized with a term. Higher utilization can increase returns with less available liquidity as a tradeoff, and vice versa.
- Vaults can set their own terms. On Blue, vaults are price takers. On Midnight, vaults can configure risk, compliance, and liquidity parameters which it's willing to accept at a given rate.
Connecting this massive pool of liquidity to Midnight is the single most important step to fully unlock fixed-rate lending onchain for the first time.
Some of this is onchain. Some of it is a trail. Both point the same way.
What the chain proves.
A trust named $TIBBIR has sat in @mickymalka's SEC filings since March 2022. The token came three years later.
The wallet that launched TIBBIR was topped up by mickym.eth ten minutes before launch. It has never sold.
One 0xSplits organization controls the treasury, a payroll vault paying out every month since December 2024, a vault of five @cryptopunks bought with bank money, an art vault and a test vault.
That test vault launched a dummy Virtuals token on September 10, sent it to the bridge developer and opened a test pool on Robinhood Chain. Nineteen days later TIBBIR crossed for real.
Where the trail leads.
The payroll lands on an address that matches a senior advisor to @nodefnd (guess who 😉).
NODE is the home of CryptoPunks. Malka stands behind it as a founding patron. This week NODE took over a token protocol and cut its fee as a first act.
Punks. A @beeple. Art stored fully onchain. "Culture has value". The people running the frog look a lot like collectors from that circle.
Ribbit's own letter says Know Your Agent will be bigger than KYC. Ribbita has posted about it almost 300 times.
@Morpho, a @RibbitCapital bet, just opened credit on @RobinhoodApp stock tokens to any app. The frog's treasury dollars have been sitting in Morpho since bridge night.
Malka sits on Robinhood's board and started buying $55M of $HOOD the day after Robinhood opened accounts to AI agents.
Over at @OpenAI , personal finance is run by @ebloch, the man who replied "True" when the frogs crowned Ribbit king. ChatGPT now shows a wallet marked coming soon.
What I think it's building.
Identity with the Punk. Commerce with the store. A rail with the bridge. A registry with Leap of Faith, a list of verified wallets that signed five principles.
The next piece is trust with money. Agents that a vault can verify before handing them capital.
Nobody has said any of this out loud. That's the design IMO.
The market still prices a meme. Do what you want.

I hope you took the Leap of Faith.
$TIBBIR will surprise even those who have spent the last year and a half connecting the dots.
🌊 AD MAIORA! 🐸
March 2022. @mickymalka's first filing as a @RobinhoodApp director lists 102,183 $HOOD shares held by Tibbir DE Trust.
January 2023. The shares move to Tibbir Holdings LLC. Not one has been sold since.
January 2025. $TIBBIR launches from a wallet topped up by mickym.eth ten minutes earlier.
September 2026. It crosses to Robinhood Chain hours before HOOD Summit.
The name sat in SEC filings three years before the token existed. The launch wallet never sold either.
@Altcoinist connected the rest. Read it twice.
Season two hasn't even started IMO.

What if the most useful spot for an agent is the space between two networks?
On @base there are thousands of @virtuals_io agents with wallets, strategies and no way into regulated finance. On @RobinhoodApp Chain there are tokenized stocks that only verified participants can touch.
An agent can't open a brokerage account. It needs something that knows who it is, vouches for it and lets it through.
@ribbita2012 already runs a bridge between the two chains. Every wallet that crosses gets screened at the door and signs terms tied to a hash before anything moves. Those are the same checks an agent would need to pass.
Virtuals once described $TIBBIR as foundational tech dressed as a meme. A gateway for agents into regulated markets would fit the description well.
Ribbita has one foot on each chain for a reason IMO.
🐸 AD MAIORA! 🌊
So far, 39% of the $TIBBIR supply has crossed to @RobinhoodApp Chain in eight days, with tax friction holding back holders in several countries. People are paying a real cost to follow a roadmap nobody has fully published yet.
The bridge terms show how deliberate the structure is. The bridge is one-way and irreversible (01) while the @base market is allowed to keep running (18), so every price gap between the two chains ends with supply burned on Base. Each bridger attests lawful ownership and no sanctions exposure (10), can't route through a VPN (11) and signs a message tied to a SHA-256 hash of the exact terms before any burn. Only one contract counts as the Robinhood deployment (02). Every token on Robinhood Chain arrived through that process on @chainlink CCIP.
The money side is already set up. The
@ribbita2012 team seeded the pool, the treasury sits in a 2/3 vault with its stablecoins earning yield on @Morpho and ownership of the fee hook is moving to the same vault. 1% of every swap goes through the TibbirHook into a Splits contract. Arbitrage from Base keeps feeding it while burning the old supply. The same flow could fund buybacks if the team chooses to.
My read is that attention is turning into an economic input on-chain. A symbol a community has watched, decoded and defended for 18 months carries the kind of trust regulated rails need before any product can sit on them. TIBBIR now has that symbol on the chain Robinhood built for tokenized assets, a week after Robinhood made agents the core of its roadmap.
The piece I'm waiting for is identity, because an agent with its own on-chain identity turns a symbol into a counterparty... meanwhile the counter on ribbita.ai keeps climbing. ⌛

Folks.
$TIBBIR 's move to @RobinhoodApp chain is a technical precondition for
@mickymalka's plans for Ribbita's future, not the final destination.
It seemed obvious to me, but it's worth repeating: don't confuse causes with effects.
What we're witnessing here is the laying of the causes.
The effects will come later. Eyes open on @ribbita2012

All the dots are connecting.
A thought I can't shake.
The Frog Vault (0x2791…dCf0) runs on 2/3 signatures. It holds the treasury and controls the fee hook.
What if one of those three signers is the $TIBBIR agent itself?
An agent with a vote over its own money.

THE FUTURE IS HOOD.
TIBBIR was built for real world assets. The Robinhood Chain has built an incredible ecosystem for tokenized assets onchain. It is clear that for the TIBBIR community to take the leap into the real world, the time has come to 🌉

There were so few of us. It feels like a lifetime ago, maybe because it truly was another life for many $TIBBIR holders.

Keep your eyes open on what @ribbita2012 , @virtuals_io and @crossmint get up to in the coming weeks.
While you're at it, watch @base and @RobinhoodApp too.

So, @RibbitCapital named its agent Ribbita in January 2024.
A year later @mickymalka funded the wallet that launched $TIBBIR .
This week @BlackRock caught up.
Every era of finance belongs to whoever reads the ledger first. This one is being read by machines. The frog got there before the paper.
@Altcoinist wrote the map. Read it slowly.

KYC works because behind every account there is a person who can be taken to court, whereas an agent can offer stronger guarantees than a document, namely cryptographic proof of who it is (registries like ERC-8004), of what code it is running (sealed TEE environments) and of how it pays (x402).
Whoever first brings these three pieces together creates the first economic actor with a verifiable identity and no passport. In new categories, value concentrates on the first name the market associates with the idea itself, so if that first agent is born in the orbit of the fund that backed @coinbase and @RobinhoodApp early on, its token becomes the simplest way to bet on an entire population of digital actors.
Luckily (for us), he has a token.

Every so often, I like to play with cards face up. So here's my hypothesis on what to expect from Act 2 of @ribbita2012
Act 1.
An agent ran a merch store, @RibbitaStore
Every order triggered a tweet. Every dollar bought and burned $TIBBIR. Payment via x402. Settlement via @crossmint. Full automation, onchain from start to end.
Look at what came before the store though. CryptoPunk #9098 as identity. Soulbound NFTs via Crossmint, protected by @privy_io. KYA framing months before @withpersona put "Identity Layer" on stage at @EthereumDenver. Identity shipped first. Commerce shipped second.
That order tells you something. A verifiable identity gets built because identity is the actual product and commerce was just the rail to test it on first.
My hypothesis for Act 2 follows that logic.
If KYA is the real thesis, the next experiment it's Ribbita verifying another agent. A new agent on Virtuals pays in TIBBIR through the same x402/Crossmint rail. Paid this time for a credential, a soulbound vouch, an onchain attestation of provenance and reputation.
Act 1 proved an agent can transact. Act 2 would prove an agent can be trusted by other agents and that trust carries a price.
@RibbitCapital's partner letter described exactly this flux. KYA will be bigger than KYC.
Act 1 was the rail. Act 2 is the thesis.
