उन्हें छोड़ने वाले तो अपना पीछा छुड़ाकर चले जाते हैं, लेकिन उनके पीछे छूट जाती है एक जिंदगी, जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी हमारे सिर आ जाती है।
मदद करने वाले बहुत कम हैं, कुछ लोग वादे तो बड़े-बड़े करते हैं, लेकिन जरूरत के समय गायब हो जाते हैं।
हम भी इंसान हैं, हमारी भी हिम्मत टूटती है, हमारी भी सीमाएँ हैं, लेकिन इन मासूमों की आँखों में उम्मीद देखकर इन्हें कैसे मना कर दें?
**समझ नहीं आता कि ईश्वर हमारी परीक्षा ले रहे हैं या समाज की संवेदनशीलता की।**

I have always believed that this government doesn’t apply its mind before making decisions; started with demonetisation and will end with there regime only.
Most of its actions seem driven by one objective: protecting its friendships with a handful of businessmen.

But it makes no sense to have three levels of tenure in a unit sir. Its terrible for unit cohesion and even manpower planning. How do you decide who to to retain, how do you plan for how many will stay on after 6 yrs. Note I said he is a SM not a PVC.

Straight off a flight from the UAE and what a contrast the UK is from the pristine efficiency of Abu Dhabi to the decrepit decay of an A&E unit in West London hospital where my daughter is now still waiting to get seen after 30 hours with a fracture. Keep in mind that salary is the officer’s only source of income; investing in shares or running a side business isn’t an option. The officer has two children and needs to maintain a standard of living befitting their rank.
