Received the worst experience from @superbalist , I've been shopping there for years but totally disappointed at level of unprofessionalism they've transcended to, my order placed 2 ago was not delivered and they decided to send a refund i did not approve
1
@superbalist where in your T&C's does it state that you process refunds without informing the customer? I did not request for a refund, I had waited 2 full weeks for the order and you guys did not bother to communicate on the delay

@alexforbes care to give an indication my withdrawal payout will sent? It’s been 3 months since resigning from your fund and I still have not received my money, I am tired of wasting my time and money calling every day

I’ve sent a compliant to the ombuds office, I’ve been part of retirement funds before and never have eveeer recieved such appalling service. Also while your at it read all the reviews on Hello Peter form the people who are unfortunately mandated by employers to use your fund.
One thing Alexander Forbes is great at doing? Incompetence coupled with unprofessionalism from their agents,It’s the 3rd month since I resigned from this fund but I still have not received my withdrawal claim @Newzroom405 @nickhedley May you please raise awareness on our behalf

Hello Peter reviews from other disappointed individuals is appalling and Alex Forbes does not bother to engage, calls go unanswered ,no communication at all regarding the claim process

Whats sad is that employers mandate us to use these providers with no care of their incompetence, No once cares to follow up once you’ve left the company then you will have to literally fight Alex Forbes for your own money
