Here is El-Sayed accusing Israel of genocide (without using the word) … in 2021.
I love how Shadi is pretending that he's never heard "politics makes strange bedfellows.'
More specifically, the Communists in Iran allied with the Khomeinists. How can that be?
In Europe, Islamists and far leftist secularists routinely ally, so much so that the phrase "red-green alliance" was invented to describe it. How can that be?
Maybe because you don't have to fully, or at all, agree with Islamist ideology to think that Islamists gaining power will serve your political interests.
"We did not pass any checkpoints."
Lander inadvertently reveals that contrary to the sort of propaganda he himself puts out, there aren't ubiquitous checkpoints in the West Bank.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry is lying.
No coordination was required, and we were never told that it was. We were not in a restricted security area. We did not pass any checkpoints.
Palestinian farmers do not — and should not — need permits to harvest their own olive fields. But they fear doing so, because the IDF doesn’t protect them from settler violence.
We’re trying to model solidarity & co-existence between Jews and Palestinians, and to call attention to the horrors of the occupation. The Israeli government is trying to foment violence between Jews and Palestinians, and to make it impossible for Palestinians to harvest their olive groves, drive on their roads, or live in their homes.
"Japan attacked Pearl Harbor for 12 hours, and then was repulsed. The US was going to be fine. ..."
A Jew can never be hostile enough to Israel for the Farooq Zafar's of the world.

Reminder: Zionist Congressional candidate Brad Lander (D-NY) whose latest stunt comprises a Western savior complex "protective presence" trip to the Occupied West Bank, invested millions in city pension funds as NYC Comptroller into Elbit Systems (primary IDF supplier), which means he provided material support for the Palestinian genocide's ongoing livestreamed extermination campaign. Think of it this way: Lander helped pay for the bullets that shot 5-year-old Hind Rajab 355 times, and countless innocent children like her. Further, Lander opposes BDS, affirms RTE, condemns armed struggle (inalienable human right, UN Resolution 3246), defends refusing divestment, and happily takes donations from Zionist outfit J Street (AIPAC Lite). Antizionists who campaign, canvass, endorse, launder, normalize, sanitize, and vote for this ghoul must be called out and critiqued without exception. Stop falling for the "of all Nazis, he's least Hitlerian" lesser evil BS.
I hope the mom reported this to the police and the FBI. I see too many cases in which things are reported to school authorities when the first order of business should be to contact law enforcement.
One of my dumbest blocks, because I pointed out that it's illogical to judge the political views of tens of thousands of Michigan Jews based on a handful of yard signs.

80K Jews, and you are judging by 23 yard signs, many of which are likely not in Jews' yards. Really?
That exactly why she was chosen, because the selection committee wanted to push this particular (absurd) libel.

One of the more ignorant things I see on X all the time, including from @bradlander, is that Israel's presence in the WB is "illegal." No, it's not. Israel was attacked from Jordan in 1967. In that war, Israel captured the West Bank. It's not illegal to occupy territory captured in a war started by the other side until a peace agreement is reached. There has been no peace agreement. Things don't become illegal because you don't like them.
And given that Israel offered several times to give almost all of the WB, plus land swaps from Israel to make up for the remaining territory, the reason the territory remains under Israeli control is the Palestinian side's refusal to accept those offers.
Electing El-Sayed would pretty clearly be an important milestone in the decline of the Democratic Party into Corbynism.
It's entirely speculative whether the Michigan seat will have any effect on "stopping Trump" in general, or in giving Democrats control of the Senate in particular.
Good faith response to this. Because I am not a single issue voter over Israel.
I think voters are choosing between a short term win of stopping Trump and his open corruption, or the long term danger of a Democratic Party increasingly siding with terrorists in our national security strategy.
Neither is a "comfortable" choice.
Part of Jewish religion (such as the obligation to redeem captives), tradition, and culture is to care what happens to one's fellow Jews, and Israel has half the Jews in the world. So of course anyone who is a practicing Jew cares about what happens in Israel.
It's one thing for Lara to be ignorant, it's another to proclaim her ignorance so proudly.
I should just have a macro set up where if I type Lander, it automatically adds "is lying."

UC Berkeley Law is under federal civil rights investigation related to these policies. Don't the law students know better than this? justice.gov/opa/pr/joint-inv…
BREAKING: The flagship law review at UC Berkeley is poised to delete all internal application records after we reported on the journal's use of personal statements to promote "diversity," sparking concerns that the journal is attempting to destroy evidence of unlawful discrimination.
The law review will vote tomorrow on a document retention policy that would require the journal to delete all "Write-On application materials following the conclusion of each year's Write-On process," as well as any materials related to the election of the journal's Holistic Review Committee. It would also bar the law review from retaining "any recordings of election forums."
As a reminder, law review editors have pledged in writing to "uplift Native voices," weigh "diverse life experience" against "technical editing abilities," and "integrate anti-racist sentiment" into the selection process.
