The 911 call(s) - Boebert’s son called the first time about his dad being physical and the second time was to recant his first 911 call after Boebert chimed in and then she told 911 that her son didn’t need help.

🚨🚨🚨Lauren Boebert’s son called 911 in tears to report that his father was abusing him.
She reportedly cut off the call to tell them he was fine.
Here’s the thing.
Either:
1) Boebert’s son illegally made a FALSE report to law enforcement, which is a crime.
2) Lauren Boebert is helping to cover up her son’s physical abuse.
Maybe, just maybe, Lauren Boebert should stop making jokes about pronouns on Twitter and worry about her own f*cking family.

He is Puerto Rican.
He went to a @kroger store in Savannah Georgia.
He purchased groceries, a bottle of wine, and some beer.
The cashier asked to see his ID, understandably.
He presented his Puerto Rico Real ID/drivers license.
He says the cashier then asked to see his passport.
He informed the cashier that he is a United States citizen, and that his ID is a valid drivers license and so he doesn’t need to show his U.S. passport.
He says the cashier told him they used to accept it but Kroger actually has a policy now against accepting Puerto Rico IDs.
He asked to speak with the manager who said the employee was right.

BREAKING: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is hit with more bad news as Hayley Williams, the lead singer of the rock band Paramore, stops her live set during a concert to respond to DeSantis supporters who are “uncomfortable” that she’s speaking out against them, telling them, “I’ll be happy to tell you — I’m very fucking comfortable talking politics. If you vote for Ron DeSantis, you’re fucking dead to me. So is that comfortable enough for anyone?”
The best part is that, even though she describes herself as “straight,” she is still using her platform to be an ally of the LGBTQ+ community that is under constant threat from fascist Ron DeSantis.

“Why should single moms and veterans have to pay for the GOP’s giveaways to the rich?
Especially when you don’t even have the votes of your own caucus?” She added.
Let’s get this straight:
The Republicans want nothing more than to pretend that the debt ceiling needs to be lifted to accommodate next year's budget. They frame it that way relentlessly, and sad to say, lazy journalists buy into their framing. The debt ceiling needs to be raised to pay for all the spending the Republicans authorized in 2017 when they gave away a substantial chunk of the Treasury to their rich pals.
So now the time comes that we need to pay the country's bills incurred in the last several years and now coming due. But we're a little short on cash since we gave rich people more money, so now it's time for disabled and retired citizens to pungle up, and single mothers living close to the bone have to forego SNAP benefits. Because Kevin McCarthy couldn't possibly ask
mega billionaires to pay more.
The middle class should no longer carry the majority of the tax burden and the tax breaks for the rich. Let them pay their fair share for a change.
Now, McCarthy is trying to shift blame to DEMOCRATS.

Now the poem that Amanda Gorman read at President Biden’s inauguration, entitled “The Hill We Climb,” has been banned from curriculum through 5th grade in Miami-Dade County, for not being suitable for elementary students.
For those who listened to the poem, you would know the the poem was a lecture on peace, love, unity, and freedom.
This is why laws banning critical race theory from schools are a problem. People begin categorizing anything that talks about race as falling into the realm of CRT. Or they use the law to justify removing books and curriculum that can teach real history.
This isn’t free speech. This is using the law to chill the free speech of others, in my opinion.

The NAACP has issued a travel advisory in Florida.
The travel advisory has been issued due to what they say are Governor Ron DeSantis' actions to erase Black history and restrict diversity programs in schools.
The advisory states that Florida is openly hostile towards African Americans, people of color, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and warns travelers to understand the state's devaluation and marginalization of these communities.
