Congratulations! This is a well deserved recognition. We read the Levental’s papers all the time to gain insight on lipid organization and dynamics.

I’m proud of our postdocs and research scientists. They sacrificed wages and risked their jobs to show faculty what it takes to gain a real voice within our Institutions. @UAW4121 @uwrunited #PostdocPower

Need advice: I am trying to bring a student from Iran to my lab in a VISIT visa. Although she has all the paperwork and bank statements to demonstrate she has required funds, the US embassy in Turkey denied her visa, saying they did not believe she had the funds. How can I help?

Thank you, @amcauce for you commitment to expanding education access for all. My science is better, and my life is richer, because of the diverse @UW undergraduates who participate. All 2-yr college grads with GPA >2.7 get automatic admission to UW. That’s a program that matters.
The @UW remains firmly committed to creating opportunity and expanding access to world-class education for students from all backgrounds. This is central to our public mission as the University FOR Washington.
