It probably is simulation. But it’s an outrageously harsh sending off. If you want to reverse the Argentina yellow then so be it. But this winds up feeling like an insanely cruel application of the laws. (Even if right) And doesn’t help the narrative of the refs helping Argentina

Harry Kane was clearly fouled in the build up to Norway’s goal. If that was Argentina, the goal would’ve been ruled out and the Norway player would’ve been sent off. The inconsistency in officiating is becoming impossible to ignore.
