Yesterday's game against PSG meant EVERYTHING to Barcelona fans in Africa, but to Hansi Flick, it probably wasn't the be-all and end-all. He rested Rodri and started Olmo. And we all know that whenever Flick really wants to win, Fermín López will always be in the conversation for a starting spot. He said it himself: "You can't win titles in October." I believe Flick has the bigger picture in mind. He wants to go into Sunday's El Clásico with all his firepower, build a strong lead in La Liga, and hopefully secure the title early enough to focus more on the Champions League. Regardless, I trust Hansi Flick. But one thing is clear: Barcelona NEED to sign defenders in January. We can't keep ignoring that weakness.
