My 5 novels take you to different European countries, connected through culture, curiosity, observation, romanticism and an open mind.
Think of my imagination as your passport, and my novels as your flights.
Let's celebrate stories that entertain, educate, and enlighten.

Sorry to see India, a country aligned with inherent spirituality, in this list...
India features in the list of 6 countries in the world where stray dogs are in crisis
1. India
2. Pakistan
3. Kazakhstan
4. Turkey
5. Romania
6. Morocco
CRISIS ZONES
Dogs are facing an active systemic threat through collection, confinement, culling, euthanasia policies, inadequate capacity, or major policy changes affecting large numbers of dogs.
What a shame that India is on the list.
No longer a Nation of Ahimsa.

Losing a beloved dog is heartrending, it is the worst kind of pain. So sorry @ManjariFadnis
Those who did this to Mikey have to be punished harshly, so that no one ever thinks that they can get away with animal cruelty.
Bollywood Actress Manjari Fadnis cries inconsolably for her society dog Mikey.
"Mikey was abandoned by his family. And he was a really sweet dog"
"He went missing. We were all worried. We made posters. We put them everywhere"
"He was a long-haired dog. We used to take him home, give him bath, groom him, detangle his hair. And he would be such a happy boy"
"He would run, run, run around the house"
"Someone said he is no more. We are trying to search for him right now"

Strongly urging legal minds to highlight what action residents, community, and pet owners can take against anyone in their midst who indulges in animal cruelty. Sharing a judgement is one thing, sharing concrete steps to help enforce it and prevent it’s abuse would be helpful too. A step by step guide for citizens please 🙏 This gets fought at the local level. Not just in corridors of power. Also strongly urging the ethical media, what’s left of it, to shine a light on anyone committing animal cruelty. People should know that harming animals is against the law, and comes with consequences.

A country steeped in spirituality, whose judiciary and politics support inhumaneness and cruelty towards dogs, needs to relook at its educational system, moral fabric and conscience.

Inhumanely and indiscrimately killing of innocent dogs does not make you a good CM or a hero, Sir.
More importantly, the Hon'ble SC has NOT ordered the elimation of street dogs. Pls be properly advised before undertaking such cruel actions.

This is a call to everyone who cares about #Pune's environment. Our beloved city is becoming unlivable thanks to the massive tree felling going on for projects that are unlikely to solve the city's many problems.
To understand this ecological crisis and discuss the way forward, please attend this meeting planned by an apolitical umbrella coalition of concerned citizens.
Date: Saturday 30th May at 10 am
Venue: UWA Hall, opp Vikhe Patil School, Gokhalenagar, Pune

Brazil's President Bolsonaro has signed a new law that increases penalties for those who mistreat pets. Direct witness of the ratification: his dog. Now those who harm cats and dogs face 24 months in prison, a hefty fine and the absolute ban on adopting other animals.🐾
