No @GWRHelp between Christmas and new year is frustrating. More annoying is the work won’t even benefit passengers as it’s for HS2. Euston closed over Christmas too, GBR not great for families is it @PutneyFleur

“If I was advising ministers at this stage, I would say, you've just got to play this one long, but don't try and kill it off in a short sentence.”

Labour MP Graham Stringer is on @GBNEWS with Choppers @christopherhope and @CarverEmily discussing EU debate.
I say this as a Conservative, Stringer is one of the most decent, honest and principled MPs in Parliament.
Very wise words….he has made big promises across key areas. Deliver on those don’t divide again and stagnate politics again

Winning games well, the Watford effort was pathetic. These players are too weak which is partly why they remain. Manager way out of his depth
Wolves are still in the promotion mix, but it is clear many fans have not warmed to Cesar Peixoto or his team. Some decisions and performances play a part in that, and need to improve, but winning games is paramount. Opinion: #wwfc insidewolves.com/p/keen-eye-…

Colleagues laid flowers at Cardiff Central today in tribute to the victims of the Aberfan disaster.
Sixty years on, we honour the 144 lives lost, including 116 children. Each was a life, a family and a future, and their stories must never be forgotten.
We also pay tribute to the courage and compassion shown by those who supported the Aberfan community in its darkest hour.
Our thoughts remain with all those affected by this tragedy.
