Everybody in Britain who is currently unemployed should simply apply for the same vacancy in the Borough of Halton, IMO. teapaw.org/JGWorldThoughts/status…
Everybody in the UK keeps saying there are no jobs and that is why people are claiming benefits. WELL HERES A JOB: £12.71 an hour. Full-time. Monday to Friday. Warehouse work. I get job offers like this coming through every day from companies like Evri, Amazon and The Hut Group. So what’s actually going on? I think it’s too easy to claim benefits.

Benefits are too easy to access, because several million people could all share that one job. They could perhaps work a minute each?

I've written a new blog replying to @daisychristo's latest substack piece, agreeing with her on just one thing but strongly taking issue with her overall stance and many of her other arguments about the new ideas being introduced by Labour & @LucyMPowell. englishandmedia.co.uk/blog/s…

People who know El-Sayed personally have spoken very highly of him - which seems a much better source of insight than a video clip of him being rude to a journalist. teapaw.org/anitathetweeter/status…
Women, if you meet a man with this energy then avoid him like the plague

Don’t care what any centrist says about Abdul’s win, especially not ones outside Michigan. Don’t talk about it if you didn’t get mailers like this daily. The ads on tv were so racist that my 3-year-old could tell and asked why they were so scary. Can’t tell me that didn’t matter.

He barely even won, which means he lost, if you sort of ignore the outcome.

I am glad Abdul won but Talarico and cooper outperformed him in more conservative states. And Abdul won in part because Slotkin, Whitmer and kind of the normies - Obama - campaigned for him. These are facts. This was a normie election. But I am very very glad he won

He put in the worst performance of the night by winning. Contrast that with candidates who triumphantly finished second. teapaw.org/yesh222/status/2117890…
The worst Dem performance on the night, by far, came from AES. I'm sure the progressives will claim it's still a massive victory, but it's an extremely poor showing.

The fact that he merely won proves that he lost, actually. teapaw.org/jhansonradio/status/21…
The fact Abdul El-Sayed only achieved a +6.5 swing in a seat the Democrats already held shows he could only win in a Blue Wave year. He won in spite of himself. To win in 2028, the Democrats should be more like Ossoff, Talarico and Cooper, and less like El-Sayed.

If you've just been proven completely wrong, then it's important to reflect on how you were completely correct, actually - and how everyone else needs to take a long hard look at themselves. teapaw.org/neeratanden/status/211…

The White House will now face East towards Mecca. As per sharia law, everybody will undergo gender reassignment next week. The Gulf of Mexico will be renamed the Gulf of Persia II. Mashallah - Americastan has begun. teapaw.org/YellowbirdAmisa/status…

Leftist lunatics have won. Muslims will rule. This is the saddest thing I've ever seen

America has fallen to Islam. Time to pack my bags, and move to a country where a fifth of the populace are Muslim. teapaw.org/BarryGold87/status/211…
America has fallen. We have failed our duty to protect Israel. What happens next will be nothing short of horrific. Now that the democrats have won, it may be time for me to return to my ancestral homeland, Israel. The worst has come to pass.

Time to move on from the subject of wars in the Middle East, and focus on the cost of living crisis, which has been created by the wars in the Middle East. teapaw.org/CharlotteAlter/status/…
There was one (1) major Sen race that was a true proxy war over Israel/Palestine and it wasn’t what flipped the Senate. Time to move on from this toxic, intractable issue and focus on what voters clearly care about: the economy, AI, data centers, corruption, education, decency, and crushing MAGA

None of this makes sense even on its own terms. "Refugees" are antisemitic, and today is a singular moment, but immigration during the past 20 years is to blame? "Terrifying things will happen" but you can just vote to stop them in 2 years' time? teapaw.org/DanFriedman81/status/2…

There have been violent antisemitic incidents in America during recent years. You need only look at who the perpetrators were to see how devoid it is to blame antisemitism exclusively on migrants.

The South is not a "lost cause". It's underorganized, underfunded, and relentlessly suppressed & gerrymandered. And despite it all, Black Southern voters have shown up anyway to be the conscience of this country throughout our history. I hope people realize that.

I'm glad the racist smear-campaign against El-Sayed failed, at least. It's a bit sad to think of how previous iterations worked against Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman, but maybe things are changing.

People should still be realistic about what the US Democrats are really like, mind. It's good to see conservatives being routed, but when the Democrats were last in power they still bankrolled Israel's government while it was massacring people in Gaza.

Naz Shah was on the receiving end of similar histrionics - albeit with one comment she had made actually warranting criticism. She still abstained when Palestine Action were banned, and remained silent as people were expelled from Labour.

Still it's always interesting to see people reposition themselves as voices of principle, once it's safe.

Because the US and its client-states are currently bombing the Middle East, and people are dying. teapaw.org/Blond1n1/status/211771…
Legitimate question: if you don't live in the U.S, why do you give a fuck about the politics here?
