Political parties receive electoral funding from IEC. Instead of campaigning during elections, they take that money and do service delivery. During elections,there should be no campaigning, they go straight to the polls and find out. The best party wins through the work they did. These campaigning and making endless promises doesn't work. Parties should be voted based on what they did not what they will do.
